Abstract

This research discusses the impact of posyandu services in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic for the community in Bakung Village, Temanggungan, Kec. Balongbendo. Where the available services are divided into 3 groups, namely, services for toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of obstruction of posyandu services for the community caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. To obtain complete data, researchers used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The theory used in this research is descriptive qualitative with hypotheses used subjectively to describe general information. The last stage, draw conclusions by looking for the relationship between the information that has been collected. The results of this study are expected to broaden readers' insights about public services, but it is also hoped that this research can be a reference source for further researchers and as an evaluation material for integrated services in order to further improve the service system during this pandemic and in the future

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dimiliki Desa Sugihwaras dalam meningkatkan pelayanan berbasis program SiPraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskrptif. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Desa Sugihwaras Kecamatan Candi Sidoarjo. Fokus Penelitian ini menggunakan lima strategi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan berbasis Program SiPraja. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan berbasis program SiPraja, Desa Sugihwaras sudah menerapkan Strategi penyederhanaan struktur dalam peningkatan pelayanan berbasis program SiPraja tanpa keluar dari tupoksi yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Strategi penyederhanaan Prosedur dengan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat Desa Sugihwaras semula manual menjadi lebih cepat dan transparan dengan adanya SiPraja. Strategi pengembangan infrastruktur yakni dibuktikan dengan adanya pengambilan surat pengajuan berbasis SiPraja yang sudah ada TTD-E dari bapak kepala desa. Strategi pengembangan budaya kultur melalui respon perangkat Desa Sugihwaras dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan menerapkan nilai dan norma. Strategi pengembangan pengawasan dapat dilihat dari kemampuan dari perangkat Desa Sugihwaras dalam menyampaikan informasi, kemandirian masyarakat dalam mengurus surat dan kepercayaan masyarakat Desa Sugihwaras yang semakin meningkat dengan adanya pelayanan berbasis program SiPraja.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the application of the Information Management System of the National Zakat Agency (SiMBA) in managing zakat, infak, and sedekah in BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Referring to the theory of effectiveness according to Lubis and Huseini, the results show that: (1) The resource approach: human resources consist of three employees as active and compact SiMBA operators. Infrastructure is supported by three computer devices and internet networks. However, the computer specifications are not yet optimal and internet network issues are still a problem. (2) The process approach: the mechanism of ZIS management runs smoothly supported by complete and easy-to-use SiMBA features. (3) The goals approach: has shown aspects of transparency and accountability seen from good financial reports that are published on the BAZNAS Gresik website, as well as the existence of digital notifications and receipts that will be received by muzaki after paying zakat. Based on the research results, it can be conclude that the implementation of SiMBA in managing zakat, infak, and sedekah in BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik has been effective.
