Abstract

The existence of different PDRB values ​​in each region is caused by the success rate of products from leading sectors that are generated to spur economic growth. This study aims to analyze the level of income inequality between sub-districts in West Lombok Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, the data used in the form of secondary data obtained from the statistical center of West Lombok Regency. The Klassen Typology Analysis Tool is used to find out an overview of the pattern and structure of economic growth in each region. Based on the Klassen typology according to economic growth and per capita income, those included in the fast-growing and fast-growing regions are the Lembar Subdistrict Batu Layar District, Gerung District. Sub-districts included in the fast-developing area are Labuapi Sub-Districts, Kediri District, Lingsar District, Narmada District, and Gunung Sari District. The results of the study stated that there were differences in the classification of districts in West Lombok Regency based on economic growth and per capita PDRB according to the Klassen Typology. Sub-districts included in the underdeveloped areas are Sekotong and Kuripan Districts. In the 2012-2016 observation period with the Williamson inequality index in West Lombok District, the rate of inequality that has started to decline, from 2012 to 2015 for example in 2012 amounted to 0.28336, in 2013 decreased by 0.28335, in 2014 fell again by 0.28258, and in 2015 it dropped to 0.28247, but in 2016 inequality in West Lombok Regency rose again to 0.28277 so the average of the Williamson Index from 2012 to 2016 was 0.28291.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the extent of effectiveness and how much a rwstaurant tax contributes to the region in Lombok central district from 2016 to 2020, and to find out what factors affect the effectiveness and contribution of the restaurant tax on the native income of Lombok central district. The type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach by using the established effectiveness and contribution formulas based on the effectiveness criteria table and contribution table. Data retrieved from Bappeda office Lombok central distict which is the original income recaip for the central Lombok county area. The effectiviness of restaurant tax revenues against the groth of native incomes in the middle of Lombok county budget year 2016 to 2020 is fluctuating and fit in very effective criteria where at each year there is a percentage rate of restaurant tax effectiveness the is substantial and exceeds established targets. The condition suggests that the ragion’s central government performance has hit its target or target very well. Whereas the contribution of restaurant tax tevenues to the growth of investment in the region in the middleof the year from 2016 through 2020 falls ata rate less than the year bellow 15,30% a year, although overall the contribution to restaurant tax revenues is fluctuating, the restaurant tax contribution are still far from the designated target.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, motivation and employee loyalty on employee performance. So that this research variable consists of 3 (three) independent variables namely compensation (X1), motivation (X2), and employee loyalty (X3) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The population of this research is Lombok Post Mataram employees who are involved in the company. This type of research used in this research is associative research. Samples were taken using purposive sampling where employees were made into a sample of 36 people. Data obtained by crossing 36 questionnaires on respondents in the Lombok Post Mataram. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that employee compensation, motivation and loyalty have a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the regression coefficient value Y = 2.458 + 0.340X1 + 0.241X2 + 0.592X3. The results of this study also show that compensation (X1), motivation (X2) and employee loyalty (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a calculated F value> F table (86.521> 2.90) and an Adjusted R Square of 0.880. Through t test analysis, each variable x has t arithmetic> t table, namely compensation (2,357> 2,034) motivation (2,156> 2,034) and loyalty (4,565> 2,034). And loyalty variable is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance (Y) which is indicated by the highest beta coefficient value that is equal to 0.592.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of what is done by stone-breaking women in helping the family economy in Semaya Hamlet, Pringgabaya Utara Village, East Lombok. This study discusses the role of women in helping the family economy seen from the economic and non-economic roles in supporting its role.The study used a qualitative fenomenologi approach. The subjects of the study were stone-breaking female workers. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation used is triangulation of sources and techniques.The results of this study indicate the role of women in helping the family economy in Semaya Hamlet, Pringgabaya Utara Village, East Lombok, both directly and indirectly the role of women is very strong, the spirit of women working is very large even though with a small income women have taken part in helping the family economy by doing work in the public sector to help her husband. With the workings of the wife automatically her role becomes double, namely to become a housewife and as a working wife.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To find out whether business capital has an effect on the income of a motorcycle repair shop in Jenggik village. 2) To find out whether the length of the business has an effect on the income of the motorcycle repair shop in Jenggik village. 3) To find out whether the labor has an effect on the income of the motorcycle repair shop in Jenggik village. 4) To find out whether capital, length of business, and labor have a simultaneous effect on the income of a motorcycle repair shop in Jenggik village. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Jenggik Village, Terara - East Lombok. The sample in this study were 12 motorcycle repair shop entrepreneurs in Jnggik Village. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Business capital has a significant partial effect on the income of a motorcycle repair shop in Jenggik Village. 2) The length of business has a significant partial effect on the income of the motorcycle repair shop in Jenggik Village. 3) Labor does not partially affect the income of the motorcycle repair shop in Jenggik Village. 4) Business capital, length of business and labor simultaneously or together have an effect on the income of the motorcycle repair business in Jenggik Village.
