<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was investigated the effect of usage information technology on performance. Particularly is the effect of wireless information technology usage and wireline information technology usage on performance both simultaneously and partially. The research type is explanatory research. Data collection method used questionnaire. The number of sample was 78 respondents of employees in PT. PLN of Madiun region. Multiple regression analysis through software SPSS 16 was used to test research hypothesis. The results showed that, firstly, the usage of wireless information technology and wireline information technology simultaneously have significant effect on performance. Secondly, the usage of wireless information technology partially has a significant effect on performance. Lastly, the usage of wireline information technology partially has a significant effect on performance. Keywords : Wireless Information Technology, Wireline Information Technology, Performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja. Terutama penggunaan teknologi informasi wireless dan teknologi informasi wireline, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan sampel sebanyak 78 responden karyawan PT. PLN Area Madiun. Analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS 16 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, penggunaan teknologi informasi wireless dan teknologi informasi wireline secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. kedua, penggunaan teknologi informasi wireless secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. terakhir, penggunaan teknologi informasi wireline secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja.
