Abstract

 Background : Complementary feeding is a solid and nutrient dense foods with complete contain given to infants from 6 months of age after exclusively breastfed to achieve optimal growth and development. Complementary feeding is given from 6-24 months and must be done completely in accordance with the abilities of the baby and child. Providing sufficient Complementary feeding in terms of quality and importance for physical growth and increased intelligence increases during this period.Objectives : The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge levels, mother's attitudes, family support with accordance of complementary feeding.Methods : This research was conducted in the working area of Kampili Health Center Kabupaten Gowa. The type of research was analytical research using a cross-sectional approach. sample techniques using purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 70 mothers who have toddlers aged 6-24 months.Results : Based on the research results by using chi-square test with significance level α = 0.05. The statistical test results obtained a level of knowledge p = 0.023, maternal attitudes p = 0.017, family support p = 0.027 with the accordance of complementary feeding.Conclusions : The conclusion was that there was a correlation between the level of knowledge, mother's attitude and family support with the accordance of complementary feeding assistance in the work area of the Kampili Gowa Health Center. It is expected to provide exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months to infants and provide complementary feeding for breastfeeding at the age of 6 months and above and for health workers to improve communication, information and education (IEC) programs, especially for pregnant women and those with babies. Latar Belakang : Makanan pendamping ASI merupakan makanan padat dengan kandungan gizi yang lengkap diberikan kepada bayi sejak usia 6 bulan setelah pemberian ASI eksklusif untuk mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal. Makanan pendamping ASI diberikan mulai usia 6-24 bulan dan harus diberikan secara lengkap sesuai dengan kemampuan bayi dan anak. Pemberian Makanan Pendamping ASI dengan kualitas yang baik sangat penting untuk menunjang pertumbuhan fisik dan peningkatan kecerdasan yang meningkat selama periode ini.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan, sikap Ibu, dukungan keluarga dengan ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI.Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kampili Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah study analitik dengan pendekatan cros-secsional. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 orang ibu yang memiliki balita umur 6-24 bulan.Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan mengunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05%.Hasil uji statistik diperoleh tingkat pengetahuan nilai p = 0,023, sikap ibu p = 0,017, dukungan keluarga p = 0,027 dengan ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI.Kesimpulan : Ada hubugan tingkat pengetahuan, sikap ibu dan dukungan keluarga dengan ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kampili Gowa. Diharapkan memberikan ASI ekslusif selama 6 bulan kepada bayi dan memberikan makanan pendamping ASI saat usia 6 bulan keatas dan kepada petugas kesehatan agar untuk lebih mengintensifkan kegiatan sosialisasi, informasi dan edukasi khususnya pada ibu-ibu hamil maupun ibu balita

Abstract

Waiting time for services is a problem that often causes patient complaints in several health agencies. The length of time a patient waits at registration, examination, and reception drugs are reflects how the agencies manages the service component that is tailored to the patient's situation and expectations. This study aims to see the relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction. This study uses an analytic observational research design with a cross-sectional study approach conducted at Public Health Center, Maccini Sombala of Makassar City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 170 respondents. Analysis test with chi square test with significance level p <0.05. From the results of the chi square test waiting time for registration and examination of the drug to patient satisfaction, the p value = 0.000 and 0.021 <0.05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between waiting time registration and examination with patient satisfaction. While the time of receiving drugs with patient satisfaction is obtained p = 0.400> 0.05 means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning there is no relationship between waiting time of taking drugs with patient satisfaction. So, it is recommended to health workers to be more committed and disciplined in providing services in accordance with the schedule that has been set.ABSTRAKWaktu tunggu pelayanan merupakan masalah yang sering menimbulkan keluhan pasien dibeberapa instansi kesehatan. Lamanya waktu tunggu pasien di pendaftaran, pemeriksaan, pengambilan obat mencerminkan bagaimana instansi tersebut mengelola komponen pelayanan yang disesuaikan dengan situasi dan harapan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan waktu tunggu dengan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan studi Cross- sectional yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Maccini Sombala Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 170 responden. Uji analasis dengan uji chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0.05. Dari hasil uji chi square waktu tunggu pendaftaran dan pemeriksaa obat terhadap kepuasan pasien didapatkan nilai p=0.000 dan 0.021<0.05 berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya ada hubungan antara waktu tunggu pendaftran dan pemeriksaan dengan kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan waktu pengambilan obat terhadap kepuasan pasien di dapatkan nilai p=0.400>0.05 berarti Ho diterima dan Ha di tolak artinya tidak ada hubungan antara waktu tunggu pengambilan obat dengan kepuasan pasien. Sehingga, disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan agar lebih komitmen dan disiplin waktu dalam memberikan Pelayanan yang sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Stunting in Indonesia is a very serious problem because the percentage is above form cut off point of World Health Organization is only 20%. The results of South East Asia Nutritions Surveys (SEANUTS), around 24.1% of boys and 24.3% of girls in Indonesia are stunted. Based on Basic Health Research (2018), the incidence of stunting among children under five in South Sulawesi is still high, which is above 30% and South Sulawesi is the fourth highest in Indonesia. One of the preventive efforts to reduce stunting from an early age by nutrition health education through developing an electronic module about stunting as a method of nutrition health education which contains information about stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrion health education on students' knowledge and attitudes through the development of the E-Module "Against Stunting" at SMU Negeri 1 Makassar City. The research method used is a Quasi Experiment, with a total sample of 64 students based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and then divided into the intervention group and the control group. Before the intervention, a pre-test was carried out on the two groups, then students in the intervention group were given nutrition education through an e-module containing knowledge about stunting, its causes and prevention continuously every week and at the end, a post test was carried out on the intervention group and the control group. The data collected were analyzed using the Man Whitney test. The results showed that there was an effect of nutrition heath education on increasing the knowledge and attitudes of students at SMU Negeri 1 Makassar City.

Abstract

Anemia is caused by the lack number of red blood cells to distribute oxygen to system and fetus, anemia can be known if the content of Hb < 11 mg. The purpose of this research was to find out the relation of nutrition knowledge, food supply, and obedience in consuming Fe tablet with anemia in Pertiwi Health Center South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used was analytical survey with cross sectional design and collected using questionnaire with total samples of 158 people. The result of this research showed that there was relation of knowledge and anemia (p=0,009), there was relation of food supply and anemia (p=0,004), and there is relation of obedience in consuming Fe tablet with anemia (p=0,004). It is suggested to pregnant mother to always pay attention to the fetus by maintaining the food supply and routinely consume Fe tablets during pregnancy, because it affects the fetus health, growth and development.
