Abstract

This study aims to determine the utilization of zakat by the Ziswaf institution during the Covid-19 pandemic according to the MUI Fatwa Number 23 of 2020. This research is a qualitative study. The subjects of this study were zakat management institutions including LAZiS Central Java Salatiga, Solo Peduli, and Baitul Mal Hidayatullah (BMH). Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the zakat, infaq, and shadaqah management institutions (ZIS) agree with the MUI Fatwa Number 23 of 2020. This fatwa is relevant to be implemented in zakat management institutions because there has been a large increase in poverty in Indonesia after experiencing a pandemic caused by Covid- 19. The distribution of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah (ZIS) for the benefit of the public is carried out on the condition that as beneficiaries are included in the group (asnaf). Utilization in the form of assets under management or services for the public benefit, especially for the benefit of mustahiq, such as for the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), disinfectants, and medication as well as the needs of volunteers who are tasked with carrying out humanitarian activities in the prevention of outbreaks are included in our program that we have implemented. In addition, the use of zakat assets is also for productive programs, among others, to stimulate the socio-economic activities of the poor who are affected by the epidemic. Some of the innovation programs carried out include optimizing the collection by providing online-based services and also explaining the conditions of mustaiq to muzakki to attract sympathy and give a positive response.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the supervision of tahfizh learning and the follow-up of the supervision or instructional leadership results. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research is SD Plus Tahfizhul Quran (PTQ) Annida Salatiga, Central Java and was conducted in February-March 2021. The subjects of this study were teachers who mastered Al-Qur'an memorization. The presence of the researcher as a person who is involved in it and acts as a supervisor. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) learning problems of tahfizh which are grouped based on the ziyadah method, namely problems in grades 1 and 2 where ziyadah uses the talaqqi method which includes aspects of learning BTAQ (IQRO'), ziyadah with talaqqi, and muroja'ah. Next are the problems in grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 which are ziyadah by means of students making their own memorization then depositing sorogan to the teacher. The problems in this class include depositing recitations in bin nazhor, adding ziyadah memorization in sorogan bil ghoib, and also muroja'ah. Each of these problems is followed up with an appropriate program. 2) There is a follow-up to other programs which include: micro teaching class of tahfizh teachers which need to be addressed and maximized properly as a learning tool, there needs to be active, fun, and ice breaking training in learning tahfizh, and there needs to be teacher visits from class to class for learning togethers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is motivated because of the importance of instilling tolerance values to students in the school environment, so students can become individuals who have an open mind, are not rigid, have a good characteristic, and accept a difference. This study aims to determine the content of tolerance values in the development of Islamic, Christian, and Buddhist religious education materials and to determine the efforts of Islamic, Christian, and Buddhist Religious Education teachers in instilling tolerance values to students in the Salatiga State Vocational of High School (SMK) Year 2019. This research method uses a qualitative approach by examining documents that are learning materials either from textbooks or materials from the Lesson Plan (RPP) made by teachers and interviews about teacher efforts in instilling tolerance values to students. The data obtained is then outlined in the form of a description, not in the form of numbers. Based on the results of a study of Islamic, Christian, and Buddhist religious education as a whole, it meets the principles of developing learning materials and contains tolerance values. Overall Islamic Religious Education (GPAI) teachers, Christian religious education teachers (GPAK), Buddhist religious education teachers (GPAB) have an effort to instill tolerance values to students who meet three aspects of their assessment, namely aspects of peace, aspects of respecting differences and aspects of awareness. From this study, it was concluded that the learning of Islam, Christianity, and Buddhism in the Salatiga State Vocational of High School (SMK) in 2019 was based on a review of the development of material from textbooks and materials from the Lesson Plan (RPP) and based on the efforts of teachers in carrying out learning in it there are tolerance values.    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi akan pentingnya penanaman nilai toleransi kepada siswa di lingkungan sekolah, agar siswa dapat menjadi pribadi yang memiliki fikiran terbuka, tidak kaku, berakhlak baik, dan dapat menerima sebuah perbedaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui muatan nilai toleransi pada pengembangan materi dan upaya guru dalam penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi kepada siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kristen, dan Budha di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri  Kota Salatiga Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian ini mengggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menelaah dokumen materi pembelajaran dan wawancara kepada guru. Data yang diperoleh dituangkan dalam bentuk diskripsi. Berdasarkan hasil telaah materi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kristen, dan Budha secara keseluruhan memenuhi prinsip pengembangan materi pembelajaran dan di dalamnya mengandung nilai toleransi. Secara keseluruhan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, Guru pendidikan Agama Kristen, dan Guru Pendidikan Agama Budha memiliki upaya dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi kepada siswa yang memenuhi tiga aspek yaitu kedamaian, menghargai perbedaan dan aspek kesadaran. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran agama Islam, Kristen dan Budha di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri Kota Salatiga tahun 2019 berdasarkan telaah pengembangan materi dari buku paket dan materi dari Rencana Pelaksaan Pembelajaran (RPP) serta berdasarkan upaya guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di dalamnya terdapat nilai-nilai toleransi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemetaan guru dan karyawan di SD PTQ Annida berdasarkan tipe indikator MBTI dan karakteristik Glickman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Penerapan kedua teori ini adalah kepala sekolah memetakan guru berdasarkan kedua teori di atas. Untuk teori MBTI, pemetaan dilakukan dengan cara guru mengisi kuesioner yang dibuat oleh kepala sekolah. Adapun teori dari Glickman, kepala sekolah melakukan observasi ke guru secara langsung. Setelah kepala sekolah melakukan pemetaan, selanjutnya kepala sekolah dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan guru terkait dengan pengembangan sesuai dengan tipologi dan karakteristik masing-masing guru sehingga hasilnya lebih baik karena tepat sasaran dan pendekatan yang tepat. Kedua teori tersebut diterapkan secara bersamaan sesuai dengan kondisi satuan pendidikan yaitu SD Plus Tahfizhul Quran (PTQ) Annida.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of integrated Islamic Religious Education learning in the education unit was comprehensive. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in January-March 2021 at SD Plus Tahfizhul Quran (PTQ) Annida, Salatiga. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by presenting, reducing, and drawing conclusions. The implementation of integrated PAI learning includes existing programs at school and collaboration with parents at home. Aspects of integrated PAI learning directly at SD Plus Tahfizhul Quran (PTQ) ANNIDA Al-Qur'an, fiqh and morals. The material of the Qur'an includes the habit of reading and writing the Qur'an and memorizing the Qur'an. Fiqh material includes dhuha prayer, midday prayer and asr prayer in congregation. While the moral material is the habit of tolerance, sympathy, respect for parents, respect for teachers, and help. The results of this integrative PAI learning are that more than 75% of children pray in an orderly manner, habituation of sunnah and congregational prayers, the ability to recite and memorize the Qur'an, positive habits at home, as well as empathy and sympathy from children. child. The obstacles that arise are that teachers cannot monitor fully because students do not go to school, students are less enthusiastic, and communication is not optimal. The solution presented is to simplify learning instructions by the teacher, establish the best possible communication, and give appreciation to students to increase their enthusiasm.
