Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah persepsi religiusitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan nasabah BMT Sidogiri Kantor Kas Tempurejo? Kemudian apakah persepsi kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan?. Apakah persepsi religiusitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen?. Apakah persepsi kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen? apakah kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris variabel-variabel dalam penelitian yang telah dirumuskan dalam rumusan masalah, yaitu persepsi Religiusitas (XI) , Kualitas Layanan (X2), Kepercayaan (Y1), dan Komitmen (Y2). Pengmbilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidential sampling responden dipilih berdasarkan nasabah bank yang datang pada jam-jam pengambilan sampel. Jam pengambilan sampel ditentukan antara jam 09.00 sampai dengan 11.00 WIB. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan.dibuktikan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang menunjukkan tingkat signifikan yang valid dan reliable. Kemudian Religiusitas, kualitas layanan, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen.

Abstract

ENGLISH Management can be interpreted as an effort to achieve the goals of educational institutions by utilizing the resources and the potential possessed by the institution. The management process includes planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The stages of repository planning start from banchmarking to universities that have already carried out repositories, acilities and infrastructure planning, human resource planning, making implementation procedures, and carrying out repository content management. Organizing human resources managing repositories is done by forming a special section that handles repositories and organizing collections using standard Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) subjects. The repository service consists of 5 (five) services namely user request service, deposit service, self upload service, and lecturer and student upload verification service. Control and evaluation are conducted periodically every 6 (six) months and incidentally. INDONESIA Manajemen dapat diartikan sebagai usaha untuk mencapai tujuan lembaga pendidikan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh lembaga. Proses manajemen meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Tahapan perencanaan repository dimulai dari banchmarking (studi banding) ke perguruan tinggi yang sudah melaksanakan repository, perencanaan sarana dan prasarana, perencanaan sumber daya manusia, membuat prosedur pelaksanaan, dan melakukan manajemen konten repository. Pengorganisasian sumber daya manusia pengelola repository dilakukan dengan membentuk bagian khusus yang menangani repository, sedangkan pengorganisasian pengorganisasian koleksi menggunakan standart subyek Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC). Pelaksanaan layanan repository terdiri dari 5 (lima) layanan yaitu layanan permintaan user repository, layanan deposit karya ilmiah, layanan upload mandiri karya ilmiah, layanan verifikasi upload karya ilmiah mahasiswa, dan layanan verifikasi upload karya ilmiah dosen. Sedangkan prosedur kontrol dan evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara kontrol dan evaluasi secara berkala setiap 6 (enam) bulan sekali dan kontrol dan evaluasi yang bersifat insidental.

Abstract

The increasing trend of environmental awareness among consumers encourages Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) to adopt environmentally friendly practices in their business activities. This study aims to identify the effect of green marketing on increasing MSME income in Jatiagung Hamlet. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection through a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale given to the entire population of 47 respondents. Statistical data processing uses SPSS to test validity, reliability, normality, and heteroscedasticity, as well as conducting hypothesis testing and simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate a significant effect of green marketing on increasing income (R² = 0.210)—with elements such as environmentally friendly products, easily accessible prices and locations, recyclable packaging, and sustainability-based promotions proven to increase consumer appeal and expand the market. These findings provide recommendations for MSMEs in Jatiagung Hamlet to continue optimizing the implementation of green marketing to improve their financial performance and business competitiveness.

Abstract

The tempe home industry is one of the micro businesses that has great potential in improving the economic welfare of the community. In this context, an effective marketing strategy is needed to optimize sales and expand market share. This research aims to identify and analyze marketing strategies that can be implemented by tempe home industry players. The methods used include surveys and interviews with business actors, as well as market analysis to understand consumer preferences. The research results show that the use of social media, collaboration with local communities, and the development of innovative products are the keys to attracting consumer interest. Apart from that, improving product quality and after-sales service also plays an important role in building customer loyalty. By implementing the right marketing strategy, the tempeh home industry can not only increase income, but also contribute to improving the overall economic welfare of society.
