Abstract

The reseach aims to describe the improvement of the Students outcomes at the fourth grade of SDN 1 Payaman trough the Student Facilitator and Explaining science learning models and rotar media in the seven themes indahnya keragaman di negeriku.  The research design is a classroom action research that is conducted in two cycles by the number of subjects 29 students. The data collection of this study utilized the interview, observation, test, and documentation. The data analysis is qualitative and quatitative data. The result of the research showed that Students Facilitator and Explaining this science learning model and rotar media improve the students knowledge. In the cycle one the knowledge domains of IPS in classical terms the percentage got 62.06% and the mean was 72.24, while in the domain of  indonesia the percentage got 65.51% and the mean was 74.82. in the cycle two for the domain of IPS was gained with a percentage of 89,65% with the mean 83.62. while on the domain of Indonesia got a percentage of 93.10% with the mean 86.03.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes, especially in the realm of knowledge and use problem solving models, problem solving models are needed by students in learning and able to increase student activity, because in problem solving models students are expected to be able to solve existing problems, students are expected to be able to active in learning and not only teachers who are active. The focus in this research in the application of problem solving models to improve learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were students in grade IV SDN 2 Gondoharum, data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, tests and documentation. The data validity tests technique used in this study expert judgment. The research subjects were 19 students which lasted for 2 cycles. The percentage of students completeness in the realm of knowledge of Indonesian content in the first cycle was 73,68% and in the second cycle the percentage was 89,47%. In IPS cycle I got a percentage og 78,94% and in the second cycle 89,47%, there was an increase in each cycle it shows that the use of problem solving models can improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in sttudent learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge and skills in fourth grade students at SD 1 Payaman through the use of ROTAR media. The research method used was the action reasearch method which was carried out in two cycles of each cycle held wiith two meettings with research participants held with 29 students. Data collection techniques using interview, observation, collection, and test techniques. Data analysis using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results showed in cycle 1 the realm of student knowledge in social studies load obtained a classical percentage of 89.65% and indonesian content of 93.10%. The results of students skills also increased, the firt cycle containing social studies. Getting a percentage of 68.96% increased in the second cycle with a percentage of 89.65%. on the indonesian load cycle I obtained a percentage of 65.51% increasing in cycle II with a classical percentage of 89.65%. Based on te results of the reseach cycle I and Cycle II through the use of ROTAR media can improve student learning outcomes in grade IV SD 1 Payaman Kudus.
