Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of the fulfillment of national education standards and the results of national exams as well as learning media and the learning process in one of the senior high schools in the city of Kediri. The method used in this research is a survey method. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results showed that the profile of the fulfillment of 8 National Education Standards in one of the public high schools in Kediri City with the highest gap in the standard process component of 2.38%, the standard of facilities and infrastructure of 1.43%, the standard of assessment of 1.43%, the standard of the content is 1.42% and the standard of education and teaching staff is 0.48%. The national exam score in one of the senior high schools in Kediri has an average of 5.14. Classroom learning activities are going well but not optimal with an average value of 79%. The value of fulfillment in the student's book, the value obtained is 63% and the value of deficiency is 37%. The value of fulfillment in the teacher's handbook obtained a value of 75% and a deficiency value of 25%. The results of national exams, media, and learning process activities provide information that can be used as a basis for conducting research activity.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many sectors of human life, including the impact on the social, cultural, economic and health sectors, an example of the cultural sector is the prohibition of the sadranan tradition. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview to the public how a noble sanctity of culture can become extinct due to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature review approach, with secondary data collection sourced from information, research results and also observations. The results of this study indicate that to anticipate that the sadranan tradition does not become extinct are: Building people's awareness that the sadranan tradition is an ancestral heritage that needs to be preserved. Making the sadranan tradition as a community identity and studying the history of sadranan.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the optimization of the implementation of an electronic-based government system (SPBE) in licensing overseas official travel for state civil servants in higher education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The normative legal approach is research that examines document studies using various secondary data. The research location is at one of the universities in the city of Solo. Data collection techniques are carried out using literature studies, observation, interviews, and documentation through field observations as research objects. Data analysis in this research uses qualitative analysis techniques. The research results show that optimizing the implementation of an electronic-based government system requires an appropriate policy framework, so that the SPBE vision can be achieved. SPBE is expected to be able to realize an integrated work process that is effective, efficient, and improves the quality of public services on overseas official trips at universities. The development of SPBE can increase ASN human resources in mastering information and communication technology both in quality and quantity so that overseas official travel services are optimal for state civil servants in higher education. The conclusion of this research is to maximize or minimize achieving a goal precisely, effectively, efficiently, and beneficially in implementing an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) during overseas official trips.
