Abstract

In this digital era, the presentation of information as a media campaign in the form of brochures and pamphlets is increasingly left out. Besides being considered boring it also looks less interactive. The advent of AR technology that can combine real and virtual images in 3-dimensional form projected onto a screen or monitor can be used as a solution in delivering more interactive information. But Politeknik Kediri has not implemented it. The brochure of Politeknik Kediri as one of the media campaign has not been integrated with augmented reality technology, so it seems less interesting. Therefore, we create an android-based application that can display the visualization of Politeknik Kediri using augmented reality to support promotion. Through this research, it is expected that the media campaign of Politeknik Kediri can be more interesting, so that many prospective students who are interested to join Politeknik Kediri especially Informatics Engineering Department. This research is done through 6 stages: analyze the needs, perform system design, hierarchy, application implementation, and application testing. While the software used in this study is Vuforia SDK, An-droid SDK, Unity3D, and Blender.

Abstract

eiring dengan pertumbuhan perekonomian mikro dan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan penyedia layanan jasa, akhir-akhir ini semakin banyak sekali usaha penyedia layanan jasa yang bermunculan. Namun kebanyakan usaha-usaha tersebut tidak dapat berkembang dengan pesat karena kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan. Kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh penyedia layanan jasa juga membuat konsumen merasa kesulitan untuk mencari informasi tentang penyedia layanan jasa tersebut. Padahal promosi merupakan aspek penting dalam memperkenalkan maupun meningkatkan hasil penjualan sebuah produk maupun jasa. Dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini, pengusul mengusulkan sebuah cara promosi yaitu berupa penggunaan katalog online untuk mempromosikan usaha penyedia layanan jasa. Penggunaan katalog online ini diharapkan mampu membantu memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan usaha penyedia jasa yang ada di wilayah Kediri. Katalog online ini nantinya akan memberikan informasi tentang nama usaha penyedia jasa, jasa yang ditawarkan, lokasi usaha penyedia jasa tersebut dan nomor telepon penyedia jasa. Adanya katalog online ini diharapkan tidak hanya akan membawa manfaat bagi pemilik usaha penyedia layanan jasa namun juga dapat membawa manfaat bagi konsumennya. Konsumen tidak akan lagi merasa kesulitan mencari layanan jasa yang dibutuhkan karena semua informasi terkait produk layanan jasa yang dibutuhkan sudah disediakan katalog online ini. Program pembuatan Katalog Online ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 tahap: persiapan, analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan katalog, implementasi, dan pembuatan laporan. Diharapkan katalog online ini menjadi media advertensi yang mampu menarik calon pelanggan.

Abstract

Students are one of the agents of change. The development of a region will depend on the younger generation activities. Therefore, the young generation development needs to be considered. Today the information technology is developing very rapidly, but the momentum cannot be utilized by Informatics Engineering students. Even though they can be connected and collaborate with each other, it is possible to come up with new products that can help the development of Indonesia, especially in the field of Information Technology. The majority of them do not know how to start doing business in the Information Technology field. In this community service program, the proponent proposes an idea to solve the problem by developing a student software home website to display products that have been created and are ready for sale. This website is used as a promotional media which able to introduce and promote products produced by Informatics Engineering students. The existence of this home software website will not only bring benefits to students but also can bring benefits to the community in general. Citizens who want to find out about the desired software creation services do not need to feel difficult again for looking information because all information related to the desired software products is provided on this website. This home software website creation program is carried out in 5 stages: preparation, requirements analysis, website creation, implementation, and report generation. Now the student software home website become an information media that can provide information related to service products provided by Informatics Engineering students.

Abstract

In education field, evaluation is needed to know the extent to which the learning process has been done. The evaluation process can be done through the provision of questions with varying degrees of difficulty. However, making questions with varying degrees of difficulty is not easy. Someone must understand the whole new materials to make the question. If there are a lot of materials, it takes a little time to change them to be a question. Therefore, it is necessary to automate the question generation process, in order to facilitate and accelerate the question generation process. This research introduces a template-based method to generate questions based on New Bloom's Taxonomy. There were 4 stages in this research, dataset collection, pattern identification process, question generating process & classification, and final evaluation process result. The dataset consists of 60 samples of paragraphs that derived from 9 courses of study courses Informatics Engineering. The 60 paragraphs produced 278 sentences and 654 questions. The proposed method is capable of producing an accuracy of 81.65% to generate questions using New Bloom's Taxonomy classification. So it can be concluded that the proposed method can be used to generate questions with varying difficulty levels in accordance with New Bloom's Taxonomy.
