Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh secara signifikan baik partial maupun simultan pada variabel kepemilikan bank, simpanan (DPK), rasio pinjaman terhadap simpanan (LDR) dan rasio kecukupan modal (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) pada bank yang memiliki Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) baik itu pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) maupun Bank Swasta. Populasi dan sampel terdiri dari 24 UUS milik Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) dan Bank Swasta. Dari ke 24 bank tersebut, hanya 18 bank yang dipilih menjadi sampel. Bank-bank tersebut adalah 7 Bank Swasta dan 11 Bank Pembangunan Daerah. Periode penelitian ini adalah 2010-2014. Data diambil dari laporan tahunan bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dan pooled Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UUS milik Bank Pembangunan Daerah lebih baik daripada Bank Swasta. Hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor. Pertama, pinjaman hanya untuk pejabat pemerintah daerah di mana pembayaran pinjaman melalui pengurangan gaji, sehingga kemungkinan tidak dapat membayar pinjaman sangat rendah meskipun situasi ekonomi tidak stabil. Kedua, karena Bank Pembangunan Daerah menyediakan layanan hanya untuk lokal saja, sehingga memiliki pengetahuan khusus tentang daerah tersebut. Sehingga akan memungkinkan nasabah menilai penerapan pinjaman dan mengidentifikasi pinjaman yang memenuhi syarat. Ketiga, kinerja Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang diawasi oleh pemerintah daerah lebih intensif.

Abstract

Performance in carrying out its functions does not stand alone, but is related to work ability and motivation. This study aims to determine how the influence of competencies (knowledge, skills, self-concept and value, and personal characteristics) on the performance of employees of the Islamic University of Riau. The population used in this study were all employees of the Islamic University of Riau, amounting to 130 people, while the sample method used in this study was the census method. After distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents but the questionnaire returned only 60 copies so that the sample in this study were 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the t test, namely knowledge, skills, self-concept and value, and personal characteristics have a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of UIR employees. The results of the analysis through the F test show that Knowledge, Skills, Self-concept and value, and Personal Characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the performance of UIR employees. Abstract

Competition in higher education institutions requires that these universities must be able to compete with other universities, especially in terms of education services. Where services should be maximized in satisfying students so that our tertiary institutions can be the first choice for students who will continue their studies. The purpose of this study is to find out what attributes are needs and expectations needed by students so that students feel satisfied with the services provided by the university. The population in this study were all active students of the Islamic University of Riau, while the sample selection was performed using Simple Random Sampling techniques of 398 students. The techniques in analyzing the data used are, Kano Model and QFD. The results showed there were 27 attributes, there were 2 answers contained in the canoe model category, including 25 attributes included in the one-dimensional category and 2 attributes included in the attractive category. The quality is still unsatisfactory seen from the calculation of the value of GAP which has 21 negative gap values. From 27 quality attributes, there are 7 priority attributes that need to be improved and there are 10 technical responses that must be improved to meet student satisfaction.
