Abstract

Pornography and porno-action are the two words commonly heard and often become the community discourse. Even today the porno-action, which exploits the body of human being-especially the women-, become worse and is covered nicely as marketable entertainment business. It is believed that the growth of pornography and porno-action is not caused by a single Variable but is supported by other variables usually done by the artists as public figure and published by mass media. According to social philosophy paradigm, the great amount of pornography and porno-action today has clearly destroyed the perfect order of social structure. While according to Islam, it depends on how deep the subject's belief to the religious norm is. The more firmly they hold the religious values, the more slowly pornography and porno-action develop, so that the social structure is not very much disturbed. Therefore, the instruments to be applied to slow down the development of pornography and porno-action are establishing social awareness, as well as realizing the regulations for anti-pornography which function as efforts of prevention and cure.

Abstract

It cannot be denied that religion and science play im portant roles in human life. The development of science in this modern world does not automatically reduce the influence of religion in human life, as predicted by the secularization theory. The fact that religion and science tend to be firmer interests many people, especially concerning the relation between them. Many perspectives and religious doctrines that seem in contradiction with the theory of modern science may arouse a conflict behveen religion and science. The case of execution to Galileo by the church in the nineteenth century and the long debate between the supporters of the Evolution and those of the Theory of Creation are the real proofs of the conflict between religion and science. To avoid the conflict, many people have tried to find the most appropriate model of relation. In the contemporary era, the "new flow" discussion of religion and science emerges. The discussion not only focuses on the level of discourse but also implementation. Many studies of integrativeinterconnection between religion and science in Islamic tertiary educational institutions indicate the efforts to match religion with science.

Abstract

Islam Wetu Telu includes Islam, although different from traditional activities. This paper discusses the history of Islam Wetu Telu and its philosophy. Selan was also described the collaboration of the social role of kiai Sasak customary stakeholders. Islam Wetu Telu is heavily influenced by the implementation of Islamic teachings, Hinduism, and transitional tradition. These three things are closely related to the history of Islam Wetu Telu as proposed by Jalaluddin Arzaki, director of natural and tourism development agencies. Another version states that Wetu Telu Islam emerged after the Dutch colonization in Lombok in 1980 in relation to the strategy to oppose Islam followed by Sasak people. In everyday life, Wetu Telu Islamic society still adheres to the rules and values of the old tradition which is a hereditary heritage of its ancestors. So high they hold the ancestral heritage custom, has made the scholars difficult to enter his world. In fact, in many cases, scholars also have difficulty in influencing this society. Islam Wetu Telu termasuk Islam, meski berbeda dengan kegiatan tradisional. Tulisan ini membahas sejarah Islam Wetu Telu dan falsafahnya. Selan itu dijabarkan pula kolaborasi peran sosial kiai pemangku adat Sasak. Islam Wetu Telu banyak diwarnai implementasi ajaran Islam, Hinduisme, dan tradisi transisi. Ketiga hal ini sangat terkait dengan sejarah Islam Wetu Telu sebagaimana yang dikemukakan oleh Jalaluddin Arzaki, direktur lembaga pengembangan alam dan pariwisata. Versi lain menyatakan bahwa Islam Wetu Telu muncul setelah penjajahan Belanda di Lombok pada tahun 1980 dalam kaitannya dengan strategi untuk menentang Islam yang diikuti orang Sasak. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, masyarakat Islam Wetu Telu masih tetap berpegang pada tata aturan dan nilai-nilai tradisi lama yang merupakan warisan turun temurun dari nenek moyangnya. Begitu tingginya mereka memegang adat istiadat warisan leluhur, telah membuat para ulama kesulitan untuk memasuki dunianya. Bahkan, dalam banyak hal, ulama juga kesulitan menanamkan pengaruhnya pada masyarakat ini.

Abstract

Leadership of the principal has an active role in improving the quality of education so that he is required to have good leadership skills Because good school leadership is capable and able to manage all educational resources to achieve educational goals both in terms of learning and human resource development. So that the principal is also required to be able to create a good organizational climate so that all components of the school can portray themselves together to achieve the goals and objectives of the school organization. The principal must be able to provide the role of an inspiring, inspiratory, participatory, and motivator to teachers, students and employees to create synergy to improve the institution's performance in achieving the expected goals and objectives. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai peran aktif dalam meningakatkan kualitas pendidikan sehingga ia diharuskan memiliki kemampuan memimpin yang baik Sebab, kepemimpinan sekolah yang baik adalah yang mampu dan dapat mengelola semua sumber daya pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan baik dari sisi pembelajaran maupun pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga kepala sekolah juga dituntut untuk mampu menciptakan iklim organisasi yang baik agar semua komponen sekolah dapat memerankan diri secara bersama untuk mencapai sasaran dan tujuan organisasi sekolah.  Kepala sekolah harus mampu memberikan peran sebagai seorang insiator, inspiratosr, partisipator, dan motivator kepada guru, siswa, dan karyawan untuk sama-sama menciptakan sinergisitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja lembaga dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang diharapkan.
