Abstract

The location of high school is a place where traffic jam frequently occurs. Therefore, the selection of school locations should consider the trips generated by the school activities. The purpose of this study is to develop trip generation models for the school areas. Surveys were conducted at five state high school locations inMakassar city. The results show that the amount of trips to bring students to school is affected by the total school area, the number of class rooms, and the area of class rooms. Meanwhile, the amount of trips to pickup student is influenced by upon the total school area and the area of class roomsKeywords: trip generation, school activity, school area, and area of class rooms.

Abstract

Along with the increasing needs of the community, then the transport activities is also increasing. Lead to high levels of pollutants due to emissions of smoke (release) of the motor vehicle. The main pollutants resulting from motor vehicle exhaust emissions are carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen oxides (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC). The intent of this study is to construct a model of the motor vehicle emission control in Makassar city and become a referral for the Government in making policies for controlling air pollution. And with data retrieval from a third point in the city of Makassar, conducted by the Office of the BLHD, i.e. the Urip Sumohardjo, road Street, and the Boulevard Jendral Sudirman, then proceed with analyzing the data with categorizing the characteristics of each, and then calculate the volume of traffic, then calculate the graduation test emissions rating, and analyzing the value of the equation regresinya.

Abstract

Abstract Flood response using earth satellite imagery in the form of Near Real Time is needed today, at national, regional, and local levels, due to high flood risk in Indonesia. The fundamental thing in flood disaster management in Indonesia is the absence of accurate data about the condition of flood events, at the time of the occurrence or after the flood disaster. This study aims to apply image data processing MODIS Near Real Time and mapping to be used in mitigation post flood disaster process. Road and building infrastructure data is obtained from the Open Street Map. Open Street Map data and Near Real Time MODIS image data were processed with QGIS Open Source program to analyze the impact of flood on road and building infrastructure in Wajo Regency. The results of the analysis explain that there are 10 districts affected by floods in Wajo Regency, with the biggest flood affected areas are Kecamatan Pammana, Kecamatan Belawa District, Kecamatan Sabbangparu, and Kecamatan Bola. Keywords: flood disaster, flood risk, earth satellite imagery, image data  Abstrak Respon banjir menggunakan citra satelit bumi dalam bentuk Near Real Time sangat dibutuhkan saat ini, baik di tingkat nasional, tingkat regional, maupun tingkat lokal, karena risiko banjir yang yang tinggi di Indonesia. Hal yang mendasar dalam penanggulangan bencana banjir di Indonesia adalah belum adanya data yang akurat tentang kondisi kejadian banjir, pada saat terjadinya maupun pascabencana banjir. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan pengolahan data citra MODIS Near Real Time dan melakukan pemetaan untuk dapat digunakan dalam proses penanggulangan pascabencana banjir. Data infrastruktur jalan dan bangunan diperoleh dari Open Street Map. Data Open Street Map dan data citra MODIS Near Real Time diolah dengan program QGIS Open Source untuk menganalisis dampak banjir tehadap infrastruktur jalan dan bangunan di Kabupaten Wajo. Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa terdapat 10 kecamatan yang terdampak banjir di Kabupaten Wajo, dengan wilayah yang terdampak banjir terbesar adalah Kecamatan Pammana, Kecamatan Belawa, Kecamatan Sabbangparu, dan Kecamatan Bola. Kata-kata kunci: bencana banjir, risiko banjir, citra satelite bumi, data citra

Abstract

The Gowa Regency as a node area that has been designated as one part of the Metropolitan City, an integrated city of Mamminasata, so that Gowa Regency has an important role as a sub-center for the development of Makassar City. The increase in traffic volume has led to transportation problems including queues of vehicles on several roads in the city of Sungguminasa. On several roads in Gowa Regency, there are more potential of congestion occurs because the modes of transportation that pass on these roads have exceeded over the available of road capacity. On the other hand, the distribution modes of transportation is uneven which causes overload capacity on several roads in Gowa Regency, especially Somba Opu District. The purpose of this activity is to analyze the trip assignment of the existing road network conditions and forecast for the next five years based on the existing road level of service values ​​on each road segment according to the origin-destination distribution of trips using the Visum program application. Network assignment by overviewing the performance level of service of existing road network sections shows the classification of service on most road sections with levels A, B and C with indications of stable flow, with the speed is starting to be limited by traffic conditions. In forecasting conditions, it can be seen that the loading of the road network with its performance on most of the sections has decreased in service at levels D and E with indications that traffic is starting to be disrupted and speeds are slowing down. The results of the application of the Visum program in trip assignment for the existing road network with road service level values ​​provide important information as an effort to determine strategies and efforts in mitigation to overcome transportation problems. Detailed level of road service in a road network on several existing road sections will provide an integrated information regarding the potential for diverting several heavy traffic flows in an effort to prevent potential congestion.

Abstract

One of the obstacles that caused the National Tourism Strategic Area in South Sulawesi Province to not be included in the top ten national tourist destinations in Indonesia is infrastructure. The government seeks to encourage the acceleration of infrastructure facilities to synergize between infrastructure, tourism, and other sectors to find new ideas in terms of digital-based technology through the Smart Airport concept, as well as business investments that will increase regional economic growth. Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport is heading for aerocity with the aerotropolis concept and the Smart Airport concept approach as a supporter of technological service innovation and tourism support. The results obtained that the r-square value is reliable and meets the requirements 0.806> 0.70 for service quality while the level of passenger satisfaction is 0.646> 0.70. The results of hypothesis testing H6, the T-value <1.96 and P-value <0.05, the T-value and P-value do not meet the requirements so the X1 variable has no significant effect on the Y variable and its indicators. Respondents' assessment stated that the quality of airport development services through the Smart Airport concept approach had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction in supporting tourism. ABSTRAK Salah satu kendala yang menyebabkan Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional di Provinsi Sulawesi selatan tidak termasuk 10 besar destinasi wisata nasional di Indonesia adalah infrastruktur. Pemerintah berupaya mendorong percepatan sarana prasarana agar bersinergi antara infrastruktur, pariwisata, dan sektor lainnya sehingga menemukan gagasan baru dari segi teknologi berbasis digital melalui konsep Smart Airport, maupun investasi bisnis yang akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah. Bandar udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin menuju aerocity dengan konsep aerotropolis dan pendekatan konsep Smart Airport sebagai pendukung inovasi layanan teknologi dan penunjang pariwisata. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai r-square reliabel dan memenuhi syarat 0,806>0,70 untuk kualitas layanan sedangkan tingkat kepuasan penumpang 0,646>0,70. Hasil uji hipotesis H6, nilai T-value<1,96 dan P-value<0,05 nilai T-value dan P-value tidak memenuhi syarat sehingga variabel X1 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y dan indikatornya. Penilaian responden terhadap kualitas pelayanan pengembangan bandar udara melalui pendekatan konsep Smart Airport berpengaruh signifikan dengan kepuasan pengunjung dalam menunjang pariwisata.
