Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, price perception, and location on the decision to stay at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. The population in this study are customers of Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. Data were taken using accidental sampling as many as 120 respondents. In addition, 20 respondents for testing the validity and reliability, and 100 respondents for research calculations. The analytical method used in this study is the classical assumption test using SPSS version 20. From the measurement results with this method, the independent variables, which is promotion, price perception and promotion have a good and significant effect on the decision to stay at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in the security unit of the tourism ministry. The total population in this study is the security unit employees of the Ministry of Tourism as many as 120 employees, with details of 20 people for validity and reliability testing, and 100 people are research respondents. The technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, f test, t test, correlation coefficient and determination. Based on the results and discussion, there is a significant influence of the Leadership variable on Employee Performance. There is a significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance. There is a significant effect of the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance. The results of the analysis can be concluded that Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant and positive effect. Simultaneously the influence of the three independent variables, namely leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance with involvement of 48.7%, the remaining 51.3% where other variables were not examined in this study. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di bagian satuan pengamanan kementerian pariwisata. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah karyawan bagian satuan pengamanan Kementerian Pariwisata sebanyak 120 karyawan, dengan rincian 20 orang untuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan 100 orang ialah responden penelitian. Teknik yang digunakan ialah teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi linier berganda, uji f, uji t, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif. Secara bersamaan pengaruh ketiga variabel bebas yaitu kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan keterlibatan sebesar 48.7%, sisanya sebesar 51.3% dimana variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
