Abstract

This research was conducted in the Village Causeway Pudu Mandau sub Bengkalis. The purpose of this study was to identify the profile of the domestic helper foreign nationals. This study entitled "Profile Domestic Helpers On Foreign Nationals". Topics focus of this research is how the maid in the household profile of foreign nationals, how the pattern of the relationship between the helper and the employer, and what are the limiting factor in domestic helper foreign nationals. The population of this study is the maid in the household of foreign nationals. Taking samples was done by simple random sampling technique. Samples were about 10 people in the household maid foreign nationals. The author uses descriptive qualitative method and the data were analyzed qualitatively. Instrument Data is observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed all respondents have a kinship patterns created by mutual respect and tolerate each other, and respondents follow cultures appreciate the time and discipline applied time employer as a basis to start any work in any field. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that all respondents came from Pekanbaru and spines in general. Respondents in generally come from poor families, the lack of job opportunities becomes a maid in the household of foreign nationals make the lives of the respondents increased. In addition, the pattern of kinship formed by itself because of the good interaction between employer and respondents in their daily life. Factors driving the respondent became a housekeeper is because his salary which could ease the burden of life, to broaden and to maintain social prestige in society.Keywords: Maid, Maid and Employer Relations pattern.

Abstract

Kuda Lumping is one of the entertainment community of Java that has been handed down from ancestors. Kuda lumping is a traditional art that is used for a popular entertainment that is often held in the village Seminai. The intent of Kuda Lumping forged art as entertainment, education, medicine and clean village, adaptation, goal attainment, integration and latent. The objective of this art is to provide entertainment for the villagers Seminai, education, medicine and clean village. Involved in art of Kuda Lumping is public figures, Kuda Lumping handler, Kuda Lumping players Seminai village communities. Being the problem is : what function art of Kuda Lumping for the people in the village Seminai ? What is the meanings contained in art of Kuda Lumping ? This study aims to determine what is the function of art of Kuda Lumping for the people in the village Seminai. To find out the meanings of what is contained in Kuda Lumping. The theory used in this study is the structural functional theory. While the method used was descriptive quantitative, using census and observation techniques. The number of respondents in this study as many as 33 people. Based on the research results of almost all respondents were happy with their art of Kuda Lumping in Seminai village, in addition to entertainment arts is also a positive impact on the community in the village of Java Seminai. Art of Kuda Lumping is also a lot in the favorite by all people, both among parents and adolescents and children. Information about the function of art of Kuda Lumping for the Java community in Seminai can directly from respondents who live in rural sub-district Seminai Kerinci Kanan district Siak. Abstract

The issue of service to the community is always prominent in the affairs of public service, are registrasion of identity card, card of family, and ecextra. The existence of public complainsh tasksthat slow, working hours of the apparatur does not comply with the rules made public difficulty in optaining one.The research is focused to problem of how performance of village institution in give service to public. And what are the factors that influence the task of institution.The research it’s done in Petani village of Mandau subdistrict Bengkalis regency, and the research is done by quantitative descriptive approach.The result showed that the work ethic that is in the staff is looking for money, the status of the staff is as workers but it’s role is not in accordance with the devision of labor, socialization received staff of government is not going well, there is a control to village institution and it didn’t happen norm infraction and that values. And punishment that valid in the office is not effective for the institution.The keyword: performance, village institution, ethos work
