Abstract

Lesbians are women who have sex with same-sex love, or commonly referred to homosexual women the emotional relationship that involves love and affection of two men who had sex at the both women. Background this study caused because many women were in a relationship with a woman in a loving relationship that is serious in dating status in Pekanbaru city, but human nature created in pairs. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of lesbians in Pekanbaru city in this case the researchers start with the data in depth informant, lesbian characteristics according to age, education level, religion, ethnicity, labels in the community, and how to distinguish heterokseksual lesbian women, whose activities are often carried out lesbians This collective group of lesbians in Pekanbaru and activities that are often done as a couple lesbinya lesbians at home and outside the home and the factors that cause a person become lesbians. In this study the respondents amounted to ten people from the community KBBP (Large Family Belog Pekanbaru), respondents came from various backgrounds ranging from students to students. Data collection was done by observation study in which researchers took direct participation in the lives of the respondents either at home or in the lesbian community as well as in-depth interviews to the respondents. From the findings of the field can be seen that in terms of age is still old lesbians 15 years to 22 years, the average has a very good education, the majority religion of Islam and the five respondent is a native of Soweto and five other people are migrants, the majority of ethnic Malay and Minang, six respondents in this study is the butch and femme four people are. The cause of these respondents into lesbianism caused because the four-person family unfavorable influence, fourJom FISIP Volume 1 No. 2 – Oktober 2014 2more people because the influence of the environment and the wrong friends thatwent along with trying to be a lesbian, the rest of the respondents were two otherscaused because the desire itself that is being hurt because of trauma factorbecause the former lover and want to be faithful to his male lover who had died.Keywords: Lesbian, Potrait, Sexual Deviations

Abstract

Online clothes shopping is a way of shopping by using current technology internet. Progress media changed the way the fulfillment of one's needs will compliance clothing.Trand including online clothing shop is in great demand all people. Motivation is an impulse or desire for someone to do something you want to achieve the objectives of certain research, shopping for clothes online is that students 2012. Student generation communication communications online shopping for clothes because of the needs, lifestyle, influence of friends and the influence of advertising. Clothing is a primary need or basic human needs to be filled.Clothing is one tool to protect body. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the motivation that drives students to buy clothes online and how characteristics of students mentioned. As for researchers used theoretical basis is motivation, lifestyle and consumption. Whereas this study using Quantitative Descriptive, using purposive sampling technique or aims. Collection sample data by observation / direct observation, questionnaires, guided interviews and documentation. The number of respondents in this study as many as 24 people. Based on the results of the research, respondents choose online shopping for clothes because the clothes offered a nice, unique, cheap and not spending complex.Keywords: Motivation, Online Clothes Shopping

Abstract

This study describes the Service Internet Cafe User Profile in Pekanbaru. Motivated by the phenomenon of the rapid development of internet cafe in Pekanbaru, both of which only have one function, such as Game Center, as well as the proper functioning of all the sites to be visited by the user. In Pekabaru registered 119 figuring that spread across the city, including in the area of Jalan taka Hrapan Kingdom. In this area, there are about 20 figuring that operated 24 hours.The shape of this research is qualitative, which describes the overall profile of the Internet service users. Accidental sampling is a technique of data collection to be 5 levels of education as a population. Of all the population is, in each take 2 people from each grade.From the obtained results of this study indicate that male users are more and more often to use the cafe as a place to relieve their boredom compared with female users. Age and education levels are also strongly associated with what sites they use or visit when surfing. Online Games Couter Stike, social, media, Search Engine, Wiki, Media Sharing, News and Information Portal, Blogs, Forums and Online Store are 9 sites most preferred Internet service users.Keywords: Service Internet Cafe , User Profile

Abstract

Election of Regional Head and Deputy Head of Pekanbaru in 2011 experienced a significant decline in giving the right to vote in the General Election. The phenomenon of low community participation in Election of Regional Head and Deputy Head (Mayor) Kota Pekanbaru dated May 18, 2011 in the Village District of Sail King of Love is based on data obtained showed 38.62% of the voters list (DPT) which does not give the right suranya. It is a form of disappointment experienced by the people against the government and prospective leaders can not changes in the field of life towards a better direction. Most people feel by the behavior of the government and legislators who pay less attention to the people and fight for their interests.The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of respondents who did not choose and what factors are causing the people who have registered as voters list (DPT) did not vote in the elections in the Village District of Sail Love King by using the theory of participation. This research study merupakakan Quantitative Descriptive, then for the data analysis techniques presented in tabular form. Abstract

Humans are creatures who always have a variety of needs. As creatures who are never satisfied, they have a variety of ways to meet the needs and seek life satisfaction. So also in meeting modern lifestyle according to this present day, shopping, sightseeing, and follow the fashion trends and styles is one way to form a certain satisfaction for some people.Factor of needs high increasingly that make more and more progress in the field of information and communication technology. So many popping up stores that sell clothing needs and technology. As in various areas including Kampar.This study explains that students who have a certain lifestyle choices in terms of shopping, choice of clothing, trends and fashion and so on. And whether they tend to follow these things, and it's called lifestyle. Abstract

Health status of the poor are still in a low degree, caused by the difficulty of access to health services and health costs is still expensive. Government health insurance guarantees the poor to health services through the implementation of public health insurance program (Jamkesda) . Based on observations made , the length of time due to the large number of service registration enrolling patients not comparable with counter service capacity of Jamkesda. There are at least 40 patients had to wait before the counters opened. This study aimed to determine the profile of the poor who seek treatment in Duri General Hospital Kabupaten Bengkalis, and knowing the public response to the health services provided by the Hospital. Subjects of this study were visitors or patients Jamkesda that visited or went to the Duri General Hospital. There is also the number of respondents to be interviewed about 40 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis process begins by reviewing all data available through various sources, from interviews, observations that have been written in the recording field, documents, photo images and so on. The results stated that Jamkesda in Duri General Hospital Bengkalis is one of the government's efforts in improving and ensuring public health. The program is supported by funds from the budget and the state budget. Public response to the program Jamkesda in Duri hospitals is good enough, it can be seen from the large number of participants in the program Jamkesda spines reaching 9984 participants. Communities also benefit Jamkesda service that benefits both social and psychological benefits. Limiting factors of Jamkesda programs in Duri General Hospital is still a lack of socialization to the community so that there are still people who have not joined Jamkesda. Facilities and infrastructure that support the program, so that the program can not reach people in the area who have transportation difficulties.Keywords : Response , Service , Hospital

This research is motivated when M.Rasyid holds a Datuok Malintang , is where there is a conflict , each faction seized power among the descendants of Abdul Hadi Datuok Shoots ( Datuok Malintang ) with backrest Datuok Malintang Yahya camp . Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that is characterized by the development of cities in a fast tempo, this supported with high population growth and labor force. It also increases the demands of various jobs and so on. As experienced by the Karimun lack of jobs and the low level of wages / salary earned make them choose to work as Indonesian workers. Various types of job in other state including construction workers, farm workers, etc. Therefore, the problems in this research are: 1. How Tanjung Balai Karimun Migrant community profile looks like? 2. What are the Karimun factors that causing people work as migrant workers? The purpose of this study is to determine the profile of migrant workers in Karimun as well as to determine the factors that causing Karimun people work as migrant workers. The Subjects of this study are Indonesian Workers who work in Malaysia and Singapore counted 10 people, in which they derived from Kelurahan Sungai Raya. They worked back and forth between the two countries because they only use a traveling passport. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, using census techniques, The process of collecting data is by interview, observation and documentation. Abstract

Shifting the roie of mamak occurring in Kanagarian Simalanggang constituting asocial phenomena that happened in the society in Kanagarian Simalanggang has an importantposition, mamak is the figure of a leader for the families especially the nephew of mamak it,mamak in custom of Minangkabau have broad enough role which was in educating nephew,in terms of property inheritance and in terms of marriage nephew her, but in fact the thismoment, with the rapid advancement of development period, the role of mamak inKanagarian Simalanggang experiencing shift. Mamak at the moment now is no longernoticing nephew her as is done by mamak-mamak formerly according to rule the custom. Thepurpose of this research which is to find out froms changes the role of mamak in KanagarianSimalanggang and to know anything factors a causing shifting mamak role against thenephew in Kanagarian Simalanggang. Data analysis conducted by ways of quantitatifdescriptive. Data capture techniques in this researcher searching from one respondent torespondent another, so the number of sampel to be much, the author took 10 respondent ofthe four jorong who number of a whole samples there are 40 people with the tribe of beingdiverse. From the research can be concluded that the role of mamak in KanagarianSimalanggang experiencing change, this can be seen clearly that the mamak most of nolonger execute his role in accordance with the provision custom. This research also revealedof factors causing shift the role of mamak against nephew in Kanagarian Simalanggang thatis a factor of education, religion, economy, strengthening the role of the nuclear family, lackof socialization, and the absence of sanctions.Keywords : mamak, role, mutation

Abstract

Education is one thing that is needed in today’s modern times. Education consists of three kinds of formal, informal and non formal. Formal education is one of the fundamental things that must be taken by all children in Indonesia in accordance with the national education goals is for the intellectual life of the nation. In general, parents want their children to be smart and can be a source of pride for the family. In elections where his sosn was educated parents consider good schools and is considered to be able to educate their children well. Given the many standing in Pekanbaru international schools, religious schools, private schools and public schools. Muslim religious parent who prefer to send their children to primary school Kalam Kudus is one private school based on the teachings of religion is protestant Christianity. Therefor, the formulation of the problem in this research are : 1. What motivation causes parents who send their children to religious muslim kalam kudus elementary school ? 2. How socio cultural background of muslim parents who send their children to kalam kudus elementary school ? Subjects in this study were religious muslim parents who send their children kalam kudus elementary school in pekanbaru as many as five people. The method in this study ia qualitative research method, namely the outlines of the interview respondents. The results of this study is the motivation of parents who send their children to religious muslim kalam kudus elementary school is comprised of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation that parents want their children to be a smart kid and has a lot of knowledge and because elementary school is one of the holy word of school discipline and have the quality and the quality is very good whereas extrinsic motivation is that the distance is not to far away from school and wants to raise the degree of their social status. Socio cultural backgrouns of muslim parents who are different rom one another, and every parents wants only the besr for their children’s education. Keyword : Motivation Parents, Education, Religion
