Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara efikasi diri pembelajaran online dengan kejenuhan akademik pada mahasiswa program sarjana di Universitas Hasanuddin. Empat ratus satu mahasiswa (305 perempuan dan 96 laki-laki) dipilih sebagai sampel untuk penelitian ini menggunakan cluster random sampling. Siswa mengisi dua instrumen: Maslach Burnout Inventory – Student Survey dan Online Learning Self-Efficacy Scale yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan koefisien korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri pembelajaran online dengan kejenuhan akademik pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Hasanuddin (sig. = 0,000). Hubungan kedua variabel tersebut adalah hubungan negatif (r = -0,551) yang artinya peningkatan efikasi diri pembelajaran online dapat menurunkan kejenuhan akademik siswa. : This study aims to examine the relationship between online learning self-efficacy and academic burnout among undergraduate students at Hasanuddin University. Four hundred and one undergraduate students (305 female and 96 male students) were selected as a sample for this research using the cluster random sampling. The students filled two instruments: Maslach Burnout Inventory – Student Survey and Online Learning Self-Efficacy Scale that have been adapted and modified. Data was analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The result of this study shows that there is a significantly relationship between online learning self-efficacy and academic burnout among undergraduate students at Hasanuddin University (sig. = 0,000). The relationship between these two variables is a negative relationship (r = -0,551), which means the increase in online learning self-efficacy can decrease students’ academic burnout.
