Desa Munggu merupakan desa yang terluas di Kecamatan Bungkal dan terletak di daerah pegunungan. Di desa Munggu sebagian penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani serta ada beberapa Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah atau lebih dikenal dengan singkatan UMKM. Kebanyakan penduduk Desa Munggu masih melakukan perjanjian kerjasama secara lisan tidak menggunakan perjanjian yang tertulis yang sah, mereka tidak mengetahui pentingnya membuat pernajian yang sah, serta pelaku usaha di Desa Munggu juga masih belum mendaftarkan HAKI atas produknya untuk itu kami mengadakan Seminar. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan mengenai Tata Cara Perjanjian Kerjasama Dan Pendaftaran Hak Atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI) Untuk Pelaku Usaha Di Desa Munggu yang berguna untuk menambah wawasan mengenai cara melakukan perjanjian kerjasama yang sah serta pendaftaran Hak Atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI). Hasil menunjuukan adanya kegiatan menumbuhkan minat pelaku usaha untuk melakukan pendaftaran Hak Atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI) yang berupa hak paten merek atas produk yang dihasilkan.

Nowadays, there are many forms of buying and selling transactions that are developing in the community, one of which is using the futures model on agricultural commodities in Sukorejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. The characteristic of this transaction is that the middleman buys agricultural commodities at a higher price than the current market price but the payment is made at a later date. This transaction was motivated by several farmers who found that their harvests were not good due to a lack of personnel in maintaining agricultural products, in addition to unstable price fluctuations due to the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia. Over time, this futures transaction has an impact on the community, namely the harmony of the community is reduced. This research is a field research using descriptive qualitative method. While the purpose of this study is to discuss the validity of the contract and the social impacts that occur from the futures transaction from an Islamic perspective. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that futures transactions are valid by contract because in Islam it is also known as Nasi'ah buying and selling. Whereas in the aspect of social impact, in principle, this transaction is worth maslahah because the majority of people feel helped.

Resolusi Konflik Sosial Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Hukum Adat pada Pemilihan Kepala Desa Bajang Mlarak Ponorogo Fuadi, Septiyan Hudan

In a society that is seen as harmonious and zero intolerance, potential conflicts can occur. Conflict is an inseparable part of social life because conflict is one of the products of social relations. The cause of conflict can be caused by many variables, such as: politics, culture, religion, and economy. This study examines political conflict in the Election of Bajang Village Head, Mlarak Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, which aims to describe what causes political conflicts and efforts to resolve them according to Islamic and traditional law perspectives. The results of the study, that the causes of conflict are discrimination and coercion by several groups, in addition to the existence of personal needs and interests. Efforts in resolving conflicts are carried out mediation, reconciliation, and agreements to end conflicts between the parties. In this study using descriptive qualitative approach. Dalam masyarakat yang dipandang harmonis dan zero intolerance potensi konflik dapat terjadi. Konflik merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan bermasyrakat karena konflik merupakan salah satu produk dari hubungan sosial (sosial relations). Penyebab konflik dapat disebabkan oleh banyak variabel, seperti: politik, budaya, agama, dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang konflik politik dalam Pemilihan Kepala Desa Bajang Kecamatan Mlarak Kabupaten Ponorogo bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa saja yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya konflik politik dan upaya dalam menyelesaikanya menurut perspektif Islam dan hukum adat. Hasil dari penelitian, bahwa faktor penyebab timbulnya konflik adalah adanya diskriminasi dan paksaan oleh beberapa kelompok, selain itu juga adanya kebutuhan dan kepentingan pribadi. Upaya dalam penyelesaian konflik dilakukan mediasi, rekonsiliasi, dan kesepakatan mengakhiri konflik antara para pihak. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.

This research examines the factors that cause problematic murabahah financing at BMD Syariah Barat Magetan, and discusses the organizational work culture that is effective in finding solutions to resolve them. This research is field research using qualitative methods. The results of the research show that there are 2 factors that cause financing problems, namely internal factors originating from managerial and governance from the institution, and external factors originating from the customer's economic conditions. This research explains that there is an effective organizational work culture model to reduce the number of problematic murabahah financing, namely rescheduling and the most dominant one is billing customers' homes outside of working hours

This study aims to determine the effect of the capitalization of sharia issues on economic movements in national and global markets and try to answer the problem formulation, namely: first, it can describe capitalization of sharia issues that are starting to develop in sharia economic movements in national and global markets. Second: can describe the process of negotiation (interaction) carried out by producers who use sharia issues in trade. Third: can find the implications of the meaning of the results of research and solutions that can add studies related to sharia issues in the economy in national and global markets so that it can be further investigated by subsequent researchers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Research subjects are informants who provide research data through interviews, surveys and documentation with triangulation data processing techniques to obtain valid research results.
