Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic currently occurring has affected hospital operations and occupancy rates. The COVID-19 pandemic affects dimensions in the quality of services provided in hospitals. Researchers are interested in conducting literature research with the title: "Assessment of service quality on patient interest in reusing Hospital outpatient services during the COVID 19 pandemic (literature review)". This study uses a literature review design with the type of narrative review. Based on the search results of research articles on journal publisher websites such as Google Scholar, Sinta Jurnal, Science Direct, DOAJ, and PubMed using keywords: "Quality of service", "Interests" "Outpatient" "Hospital" and "Covid-19 ". Of the 18 journals, only 7 research journals were included in the review. Based on the results of the literature review that researchers have done, it can be concluded that the services provided by the hospital during the COVID 19 pandemic still pay attention to the dimensions of service quality by continuing to apply the COVID 19 protocol. towards interest, considering that the reviewed journals emphasize more on aspects of patient care.Keywords: Quality of service, Interest, Outpatient, Hospital, Covid-19

Abstract

In the process of nursing credentials, the transition process from manual documentation to digital documentation is a change in nursing services that requires professionalism. The objective is to produce a web-based management information system and to study its effects on nurses competency in the nursing credential process. The design of the management information system is an Incremental Model that includes the stages of communication, planning, modelling, construction and deployment. Method: Mixced Method Approach; a descriptive phenomenology and quasy experimental (one-group pre and post test design), the research variables were cognitive, affective and psychomotor of the nursing staff before and after using the system application, the number of participant is 5 nursing staff and the respondents are 10 nursing staff. The data was analyze by using the Colaizzi method, descriptive analysis (average value) and analytical (statistical T-test dependant). This study established an information system named Sikkind. The results of the study obtained four themes; 1) manual nursing credentials process, 2) determination of the use of web-based IT in the nursing credential process, 3) expectations of using web-based IT, 4) the application of clinical authority is not in accordance with the SPKK and SKKK. For descriptive analysis, the mean values of pre and post test for cognitive domain(21.70;25.70), affective domain (41.30;53.30) and psychomotor domain (21.20;12.80). From dependent T-test statistic test, the result shows an influence before and after using the information system with p-value 0.0001. Conclusion; hospital leadership support is needed to implement the usage of the web-based IT and to establish www.sikkind.com application. Further training, maintenance and evaluation are needed to ensure the reliability after the implementation
