Abstract

Indicators of good health services, especially in hospitals, are low or no incidence of nosocomial infections. So that it is the obligation of every hospital to make preventive and promotive in an effort to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections in its services. One of the efforts to reduce nosocomial infections is to require and monitor compliance with the hand washing of health workers in the hospital work environment. Hand washing compliance certainly cannot be separated from the knowledge obtained by health workers. Nurses and midwives are one of the front lines in providing services in hospitals so that nurses and midwives. So that researchers are interested in examining whether there is a relationship between knowledge level and compliance with clean hand washing. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional method with a sample of 30 respondents using the Kendal-tau statistical test. The result of this study is that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with hand washing of nurses and midwives with a correlation of 0.01.Indikator pelayanan kesehatan yang baik khususnya di rumah sakit adalah rendahnya atau tidak adanya kejadian infeksi nosokomial. Sehingga hal ini merupakan kewajiban setiap rumah sakit melakukan upaya preventif dan promotif dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya infeksi nosokomial dipelayannnya. Salah satu upaya menurunkan infeksi noskomial adalah dengan mewajibkan dan memonitor kepatuhan cuci tangan tenaga kesehatan yang berada di lingkungan kerja rumah sakit tersebut. Kepatuhan cuci tangan tentunya tidak bisa lepas dari pengetahuan yang didapatkan oleh tenaga kesehatan. Perawat dan bidan adalah salahsatu garda terdepan dalam memberikan pelayanan di rumah sakit sehingga perawat dan bidan. Sehingga peneliti tertarik ingin meneliti adakah hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan cuci tangan bersih. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuatitatif dengan metode croscectional dengan sampel 30 responden menggunakan uji statistic Kendal=tau. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan cuci tangan perawat dan bidan dengan hasil korelasi 0.01.

Abstract

The third dose vaccination program is held as a continuation of the primary vaccination. In addition, this booster vaccine is also an effort to restore decreased immunity and clinical protection in the population found based on the results of the sero survey. The implementation of the Covid-19 booster vaccine aims to accelerate the recovery of the immune system of all levels of society, especially in the village of Metuk Mojosongo. STIKes Estu Utomo as an educational institution implementing the Tri Darma of Higher Education dedicates nursing lecturers as co-19 booster vaccine vaccinators. This community service was carried out on Wednesday, July 13, 2021 at 09.00 – 1.00 WIB at the Metuk Mojosongo Boyolali village hall. This activity was attended by 250 participants, namely 177 women (71%) and 73 men (9%). Activities are coordinated by the head of the service team with the assistance of village officials and midwives. The activities in community service are in the form of a co-19 booster vaccine vaccinator. After being given a booster vaccination, 250 community members attended according to the plavon prepared by the Health Service. All participants underwent vaccination well, none of them experienced difficulties or disturbance from the participants.
