Abstract

Teenage phase is a phase of changes not only physically but also psycho-socially. Teenage phase is characterized as “storm and stress” phrase. In this phase, teenagers experience strong emotions caused by pressure and tense to reach maturity. Emotional awareness is important to develop adaptive character in social interaction. Social-personal counselling covers emotional awareness which focusses solution to help students to solve emotional problems at school.

Abstract

All guidance activities held in the framework of a program guidance, the guidance of a series of activities planned, organized, and coordinated during a specific time period. A tutor or a teacher counselor, a teacher who in addition to teaching in one of the fields of study, are involved in a series of guidance services, including counseling services. Organizing program guidance and counseling services in schools is an attempt to involve people in the organization of guidance in schools, as well as efforts to carry out the division of labor among the organization's members guidance in schools.
