Abstract

Counseling in Islam is a comprehensive concept for life. The concept that can help happiness, tranquility and contentment for humans. The concept is capable of directing man towards the best path, the path of self actualization to deliver a perfect human being. Achieve it all counselors need to equip themselves to have at least four competencies in themselves, such as: 1) pedagogic competence, 2) personal competence, 3) social competences and 4) professional competence. Personal competence special attention in the Islamic counseling. This is because in Islam counseling counselor's personality will become a role model for students who will be guiding learners in actualize himself.

Abstract

The high rate of smoking behavior by learners is very worrying us. Take up smoking, negative impact on the health of the body, especially for the hearts and minds of learners. Especially with the electronic cigarette in the early discovery used as a tool for reducing addiction to cigarettes that ultimately the WHO as the World Health Organization in 2010 no longer recommend the use of non eloktronik. Departing from the curiosity of students began using poison cigarette smoking eloktronik knowing eloktronik unlike regular cigarettes dangerous toxins. Though the electronic cigarette nicotine is still contained substances hazardous to health and nerve damage bias that exist in the body of learners. Teacher guidance and counseling as one of the educators at the school, have the responsibility to take precautionary action and reduction of the smoking behavior of learners. Guidance and counseling teacher should first give a role model to students in the form of non-smokers, especially in the school environment. Besides counseling and guidance teachers do not miss the development of information and technology, which can make the credulous student teachers. There needs to be cooperation between teacher guidance and counseling with the stakeholders in the school environment and teachers' guidance and counseling should maximize guidance services and schools in each school.

Abstract

Children with autism at Vocational High School 4 Padang has some achievements both in class and the level of West Sumatra. children with autism at SMK 4 Padang been the first winner in its class and champion race Graphic Design West Sumatra level. With all their flaws, children with autism are capable of achievement beat friends in a normal class background. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach is a case study that describes the facts and the reality of actual and accurate information on the state of the field. Data were collected using observation and interview techniques. Based on this study it can be concluded that the success of children with autism can not be separated from the coaching is done guidance and counseling teachers, parents, teachers, friends of children with autism and the cooperation between parents and teachers. Cooperation that teachers with parents explained to the school environment on the existence of autistic children in SMKN 4 Padang, responding to the presence of children with autism and understand the behavior of children with autism. The success of children with autism gain achievements in the classroom and the level of West Sumatra can not be separated from the coaching role of parents who never gave up her lead even accompany their children to school on the morning after school. Tutor and counseling teacher always discuss with the teachers of subjects in the classroom of children with autism, about the development of the behavior of children with autism, children with autism learn and how to solve problems caused by the behavior of children with autism.
