Statistical test using Chi Square test. Multivariate analysis in this study used multiple logistic regression analysis. In this study, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between age (p = 0.583), knowledge (p = 0.065), information exposure with exclusive breastfeeding at the Tanjung Agung Health Center, OKU Regency in 2021 (p = 0.051). There is a relationship between education (p = 0.036; OR = 3.734), occupation (p = 0.029; OR = 2.884), parity (p = 0.030; OR = 3.128), family support (p = 0.033; OR = 2.899) and support for health workers (p = 0.044; OR = 0.364) with exclusive breastfeeding at the Tanjung Agung Health Center, OKU Regency in 2021. The most dominant variable is education (p = 0.005; OR = 8.385). Data collection and retrieval using a questionnaire. The results of statistical test analysis using chi-square statistical tests and multiple logistic regression where the results show there is a significant relationship (p value <0.05) for the variables of knowledge (0.000), attitudes (0.001), training (0.002), infrastructure (0.000), and motivation (0.000). There is no relationship between the variable length of service (0.111). From the results of multivariate statistical tests, it was found that the dominant factor in the performance of hospital midwives in ANC services was attitude (p = 0.995; OR = 4.137). It is recommended to hospital midwives by giving a positive attitude to patients by providing counseling in the form of socialization

This disease continues to spread even though it can be prevented. This research is a quantitative research with analytical survey method through cross sectional approach and involves as many as 76 respondents, conducted at the UPT Peninggalan Public Health Center, Tungkal Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province in May 2022. The analysis used the Chi-Square statistical test with a significance degree of p-value <0.05. The results of the study were obtained from 76 respondents, most of whom did not experience pulmonary TB incidence 46 (60.5%), most of them were of productive age 52 (68.4%), male 43 (56.6%), highly educated 40 ( 52.6%, knowledgeable 56 (73.7%), smoking status 54 (71.1%), no contact with 40 (52.6%), met the requirements for occupancy density 59 (77.6%) ), and had 65 ventilation (85.5%). There is a relationship between age (p-value = 0.045), gender (p-value = 0.032), education (p-value = 0.013), knowledge (p-value = 0.000), smoking status (p-value = 0.001), history of contact (p-value = 0.000), occupancy density (p-value = 0.007), ventilation (p-value = 0.021) with the incidence of pulmonary TB. Knowledge is the most influential factor (p-value 0,001). UPT Peninggalan Public Health Center, Tungkal Jaya district, Musi Banyuasin Regency can provide knowledge dissemination to the community regarding pulmonary TB by counseling, simulations and demonstrations, providing media such as brochures, billboards, banners, and involving various parties
