Abstract

The objectives of this study are : 1) the application of service delivery system that can be applied by Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Palembang, 2) the influence of physical support and contact personnel on customers, 3) the influence of service delivery system on customer loyalty at Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Palembang. This study is conducted by survey method so as to describe the participants response. The samples are taken by using simple random sampling with 100 respondents. The data collection instruments were observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The data collected was analysed by using descriptive and matrix analysis. The results of this research shows that all independent variables (physical support and contact personnel) significantly and positively influence the dependent variables (loyalty of the customers).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervision on the work discipline of employees at the Communication and Information Agency of South Sumatra Province, in this study the authors used a type of quantitative research. The samples taken in this study were 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression and, analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that all existing instruments are declared valid and realistic and from the regression calculation it is proven that there is an influence between supervision and work discipline. The results of regression analysis obtained a regression equation = 11.456 + 0.761X. The verification test of the regression equation was obtained from the t-test = 8.522 with a probability of 0.0000 <0.05. This shows that supervision influences the work discipline of employees at the Communication and Information Agency of South Sumatra Province. The magnitude of influence is also seen from the coefficient of determination which has a value of 0.587 or 58.7% and the rest of the work discipline of employees is influenced by other factors besides supervision of 41.3%.

Abstract

This study was to analyze the queuing system, analyze patient satisfaction and test the effect of the queuing system on patient satisfaction at the Pakjo Public Health Center in Palembang. The sample in this study was 375 respondents. The type of data used is primary data which is carried out through questionnaires. While the analysis technique used is Simple Regression and Community Satisfaction Index. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the queuing system on patient satisfaction was 83.8%, and the results of the Community Satisfaction Survei Index value obtained were 3.19 and SKM value was 79.78. Of the 3 indicators, there is only 1 indicator whose value is lower, which is queuing discipline because the service system design has not been maximized such as the number of registration counters and the number of service stages in treatment. This means that the overall service system implemented by the Palembang Pakjo Community Health Center is included in category B so that the service performance can be said to be good.
