<![CDATA[Abstrak - Penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) sangat membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan pengolahan bahan baku sampai pendistribusian barang. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi tingkat persediaan, dan siklus waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan proses pengadaan pada home industry moeslim grup agar pendapatan produksi rebana dapat lebih meningkat. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan wawancara pada orang yang terlibat di Home Industry Moeslim Grup Gresik. Tujuannya untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kegiatan badan usahanya dalam mengetahui permasalahan yang terkait dengan penerapan SCM. Permasalahan yang ada pada Home Industry Moeslim Grup yaitu dalam pemilihan supplier, dan penyimpanan barang di gudang. Permasalahan ini dianalisis dan menghasilkan kenaikan yang signifikan tiap tahunnya. Hasil analisis tersebut disimulasikan menggunakan Anylogic 8.5.1 Professional.
