Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of Christian Religious Education teachers towards online learning carried out during the Covid -19 pandemic. PAK teachers' perceptions include aspects of ease of use, aspects of ease in building communication, aspects of its impact on teacher motivation in teaching, motivation to increase teacher creativity, and motivation of teachers to improve their skills in utilizing ICT. The research subjects were Indonesian PAK teachers who joined a telegram group which had 662 members. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires in the form of online questionnaires in the form of google forms. This research is a mixed research (mix method). The mixed research referred to in this paper is that the research data from the distribution of questionnaires will be presented in statistical form as quantitative data and the quantitative data presentation will be described as qualitative data. The results of this study are PAK teachers who are in areas with less smooth internet access, teachers who have never attended PPG or online learning workshops always feel that online learning is difficult to implement. Thus, Christian religious education teachers prefer to assign assignments to students. Christian Religious Education teachers who are in areas with smooth internet access, PAK teachers who have participated in PPG and online learning training activities feel that online learning is easy to implement, even PAK teachers have the view that the implementation of online learning provides positive motivation for teachers to be increasingly creative, increasingly skilled in utilizing ICT in learning.

Abstract

Kehadiran virus korona telah merubah tradisi belajar dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh, budaya belajar dari rumah ini menuntut kreatifitas guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran, bahan ajar berbasis elektronik untuk mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kegiatan workshop ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas guru dalam membuat bahan ajar elektronik untuk mendukung pembelajaran di tengah covid 19. Kegiatan Workshop ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap guru-guru Indonesia melalui Live Streaming Youtube dan video coneverencing dengan Zoom. Para peserta workshop tergabung dalam satu grup aplikasi telegram untuk memudahkan komunikasi dan pendampingan antara instruktur kegiatan dengan para peserta workshop. Kegiatan pembuatan bahan ajar berbasis buku elektronik interaktif ini, diikuti oleh 138 guru dari berbagai daerah dengan rincian SD sebanyak 41 orang, SMP sebanyak 50 orang dan SMA/K sebanyak 47 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan 1 kali live streaming dan 3 hari pendampingan melalui grup telegram yang sudah disiapkan sebelumnya. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan, ditemukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang signifikan dalam pembuatan bahan ajar elektronik. Sebelum kegiatan workshop hanya ada 2 orang yang sudah sangat paham dalam membuat buku elektronik, namun setelah kegiatan peserta yang sangat paham bertambah menjadi 50 orang. Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 48 orang yang sangat paham setelah kegiatan. Sebelum kegiatan hanya 3 orang yang paham membuat buku elektronik, namun setelah kegiatan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 82 orang, dan 30 orang yang sebelumnya sangat tidak paham menjadi 0 setelah kegiatan. Dengan demikian para pendidik harus selalu mengembangkan pemahaman dan keterampilannya dalam merancang pembelajaran yang menarik salah satunya adalah bahan ajar elektronik.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the knowledge and skills of participants in using the Mendeley reference application. Based on the objectives, this study uses a participatory action research (PAR) research approach with diagnostic steps, action plans, action tacking, evaluation and reflection. Training and mentoring activities are carried out with asynchronous and synchronous methods with a total of 20 participants. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, document studies and tests. All data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge and skills in using the Mendeley application. 100% of participants said they were satisfied with the training and assistance in using the Mendeley application.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the increase in teacher knowledge and skills in writing scientific articles through training and mentoring activities. This research is a type of participatory action research with the steps of activities ranging from diagnostics, action plans, action tacking, evaluation and reflection. This activity involved 20 teachers of Christian religious education which was carried out remotely using synchronous and asynchronous methods. This activity will be held on 4 – 20 February 2022. The required data collection is carried out through theoretical studies, interviews, observation and document assessment. The data collected will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the training and mentoring carried out with synchronous and asynchronous methods was able to improve the knowledge and skills of the participants in writing scientific articles.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian partisipatory action research dengan langkah-langkah kegiatan mulai dari diagnostic, action plan, action tacking, evaluasi dan refleksi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 orang guru pendidikan agama Kristen yang dilaksanakan secara jarak jauh dengan metode synchronous dan asynchronous. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 4 – 20 Februari 2022. Pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan dilakukan melalui kajian teori, wawancara, observasi dan penilaian dokumen. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan dengan metode synchronous dan asynchronous mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para peserta dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a One Sheet Interactive Virtual Classroom (KVISL) dan to obtain data onthe feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of KVISL. This research and development is based onthe lack of learning media for Christian religious education and the low creativity of teachers inmaking interesting learning media to support learning. This research is a type of RnD research withADDIE approach. Data obtained from development activities will be analyzed using a quantitativedescriptive approach. Data in the form of numbers will be converted into qualitative data using aLikert scale. The results of the research show that KVISL has been successfully developed with thestages of analysis, design, development, and implementation and evaluation. KVISL is declaredeligible for use based on the assessment of material experts with a final score of 4.7 (Very Eligible);while the media expert final score is 4.12 (adequate). Likewise, the small group trial obtained a finalscore of 4.72 (Very Eligible). And small group trials on students got a final score of 4.81 (VeryEligible). Based on the analysis of students' pretest and posttest results, it shows that KVISL is veryeffective and practical to use in learning.
