Abstract

early marriage is a social phenomenon that commonly happens in all places. This sort of marriage is like iceberg phenomenon which emerges a little bit in the surface, it is rarely exposed, but it is commonly practiced in wider community. if we trace the historical root of early marriage practice in Indonesia, particularly in Javanese island, it has been practiced by the ancestors. in their context, there is a negative stigma for a woman if she marries in the late age among the community. This article will discuss the phenomenon in Islamic law perspective.   Pernikahan dini merupakan fenomena sosial yang banyak terjadi di berbagai   wilayah. Fenomena  pernikahan  dini  bagai  fenomena  gunung  es  yang  hanya  tampak  sebagian kecil di permukaan, sangat sedikit terekspos di ranah publik, tetapi kenyataannya begitu banyak terjadi di kalangan masyarakat luas. ketika kita menelusuri akar sejarah tentang pernikahan dini di Indinesia, khususnya di pulau Jawa sebenarnya sudah menjadi sesuatu yang lumrah dilakukan oleh kakek dan nenek moyang kita. Pada konteks mereka, terdapat stigma negative jika seorang perempuan menikah di usia matang dalam komunitas mereka. Tulisan ini akan mendiskusikan fenomena pernikahan dini dalam konteks hukum Islam.

Abstract

In many cases, generally the phenomenon of bullying leaves a psychological impact that is quite lasting and seems to be a nightmare for a person's life, especially for victims who do have social adjustments and are unable to adapt well. The negative impact experienced by someone who has been a victim of bullying is the main locus and becomes an accent and will be further elaborated by researchers. It is hoped that this effort will become a starting point for determining preventive steps that can be taken so that bullying in its various forms, even though it cannot be completely eliminated from the face of this earth, can at least be minimized so that the perpetrators of bullying think thousands of times about the negative impact if they do this. -, and students in general can determine the right steps if the action is indicated to happen to them. At least the policy holders are able to provide appropriate steps as a form of adult responsibility for the psychological and academic development of the future generation of the nation. Key word: Bullying Phenomenon,  Preventive Efforts, Psychological Impact.

Abstract

Absract:In many cases, everything that happens suddenly is definitely surprising, especially since the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic has immediately emerged and without knowing who this virus can be transmitted regardless of which circle. Indeed, the corona virus is not the cause of a disease that is seen as a disgrace, but consciously or not, anyone tries to stay away if someone or family is infected with this disease. The tremendous impact, especially in the world of education, gave rise to a million feelings that could not be connected with words. Every second is a story, a story about sorrow, grief, anxiety, fear, and all kinds of dreams that cannot be read with ordinary glasses. This is where the strategic role of the teacher is at stake to continue to instill good character even in unusual conditions  Abstrak:Dalam berbagai kejadian, semua hal yang terjadi tiba-tiba pasti mengejutkan, termasuk kehadiran wabah pandemi covid-19 ini serta merta menyeruak dan tanpa mengenal siapa virus ini bisa menular tanpa memandang dari kalangan mana. Memang virus corona ini bukan penyebab  penyakit yang dipandang sebagai aib, tetapi sadar atau tidak, siapapun berusaha untuk menjauh jika ada seseorang atau keluarga yang terinveksi penyakit ini. Dampaknya yang luar biasa, khususnya di dunia pendidikan memunculkan sejuta rasa yang tak mampu terangkai dengan kata-kata. Setiap detik adalah cerita, kisah tentang nestapa, gundah gulana, kecemasan, ketakutan, dan segala macam angan yang tak bisa dibaca dengan kaca mata biasa. Di sinilah, peran strategis guru dipertaruhkan untuk tetap menanamkan karakter baik sekalipun dalam kondisi yang tak biasa.
