Abstract

The success of an organization is strongly influenced by the performance of, any organization is always seeking to improve performance to achieve the vision and mission of the organization so that goals can be achieved optimally. Good personality will improve the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of personality on performance through self-efficacy and job satisfaction in the Social Service of Central Java Province. The sample of this study were employees of Social Service of Central Java Province who had worked ≥ 5 years as many as 171 people / respondent. Based on the results of the analysis showed that personality variables, self-efficacy and job satisfaction partially or simultaneously positive effect on employee performance Dinsos Central Java province in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Based on the analysis of self-efficacy variable paths and job satisfaction is not a mediating effect of personality variables on performance due to a stronger influence of personality variables. Abstract

This study was investigated about the role of motivation  mediated influence competension  and Leadership  on performance. Specifically, this study to examine and analisys whether the role of motivation  mediated  influence competions and leadership  on performance. The contribution of this study is explain and explore the previous research about the influence copetensions  and leadership  on  performance. Dindikpora Office in Demak  as much as 120  people. The research data is the primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method approach with computer software SPSS for Windows version 16. The method of data analysis using Mediation Regression analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results showed motivasion  to weaken the effects of competensions  on  performance, and the motivasion  does not mediated  the effects of competension  on  performance. Competence positive effect on motivation, leadership, positive effect on motivation, competence positive effect on performance, leadership no positive effect on performance, motivation, positive effect on performance. Abstract

Pengumpulan data denganmetodesensusdari 137 orang guru respoden di SMA NegeriKecamatanDemakKabupatenDemak.Tehnikpenelitian yang dipakaiadalahmetodepopulasi .Tehnikpengujian data yang digunakandalampenelitianinimeliputiujivaliditas, ujireliabilitas, analisisregresiberganda, uji model, uji t danujimoderasiuntukmengujidanmembuktikanhipotesispenelitian. Hasilujivaliditasmenunjukkannilai KMO variabelkedisiplinan 0,759 untukvariabelkompetensiprofesional 0,703 untukvariabelkepemimpinan 0, 720  ,  maka data tersebutdinyatakan valid karena KMO nilainya di atas 0,5. HasilujireliabilitasnyamenunjukkanangkaAlpha Cronbachuntuk fariabel kedisiplinan 0,786 , untukvariabelkompetensiprofesional 0,933, untukvariabelkepemimpinan 0,947 untukvariabelkinerja 0, 883, maka data tersebutdinyatakanreliabelkarenaAlpha Cronbachnilainya di atas 0,7. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru , kompetensi profesional  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan memoderasi pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja signifikasinya 0,094 melebihi dari 0,05 sehingga memperlemah. Kepemimpinan memoderasi pengaruh Kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja signifikasinya 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.sehingga memperkuat Kata Kunci : Kedisiplinan,KompetensiProfesional, KepemimpinanKepalasekolah , danKinerja
