Abstract

Nasih 'Ulwan try to provide specific criteria for becoming a teacher. Not only the science skills that must be mastered, but ownership of the mature personality is also a factor supporting the success of learning. even very large impact to be obtained by the students, when the teacher does not have the personality stretcher. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) adjusting learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) measuring the achievement of learning outcomes. This research was conducted at STAI Sumatera Medan. This research uses qualitative research methods, with a descriptive study approach. The results of the study show that the learning problems during the Covid-19 period at STAI Sumatran when viewed specifically in terms of learning outcomes, namely the difficulty of formulating learning objectives due to learning conditions that do not allow maximum in implementing learning, difficulty in formulating goals due to limited access to learning resources, it is difficult to formulate learning objectives due to the lack of enthusiasm and interest of students to take online learning. Enacting policies to adjust learning outcomes according to the conditions and situation of Covid-19, giving students freedom to access learning resources from various references, designing learning strategies that can improve student learning outcomes. As for how to measure achievement by comparing understanding of course material, depth of analysis of course material, student achievement index.Keywords: Learning Design, Learning Outcomes, Covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an sebelum pembelajaran terhadap kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMP Islam Plus Al-Ikhlas Taqwa Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an sebelum pembelajaran dengan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 8,981 yang lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,988 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < zero,05. Kontribusi pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an terhadap kecerdasan spiritual siswa adalah sebesar 78,1%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an sebagai upaya membangun kecerdasan spiritual siswa di lingkungan sekolah.
