Abstract

Pada masa pandemic COVID-19, MA Mathla’ul Anwar, Labuhan Ratu, Bandar Lampung mendapat kesulitan dalam mempromosikan sekolah mereka kepada masyarakat luas. Selama pandemic berlangsung, para guru dan staff tidak lagi dapat mempublikasikan sekolahnya secara offline, namun rendahnya kemampuan para guru dan staff MA Mathla’ul Anwar dalam hal IPTEK mengakibatkan sulitnya mereka dalam mempublikasikan sekolahnya secara online. Web-blog merupakan salah satu alternative terbaik yang dapat digunakan oleh seseorang atau sebuah organisasi untuk menginformasikan aktifitas-aktfitas mereka secara online. Pada kegiatan PKM kali ini, pelatihan pembuatan dan pengeditan web-blog dengan menggunakan applikasi wordpress telah dilaksanakan secara tatap muka di salah satu labor komputer di Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia (dengan mengikuti protokol Kesehatan). Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, para guru-guru MA Mathla’ul Anwar Labuhan Ratu didapati mampu membuat web-blog secara mandiri dengan persentase kebolehan sebesar 70-80%. Para guru dan staff MA Mathla’ul Anwar setuju bahwa web-blog dapat membantu mereka dalam menpublikasikan sekolah mereka kepada khalayak banyak.

Abstract

Mega Florist Bandar Lampung is a company engaged in the field of flower board rental and delivery services in the Bandar Lampung area, Mega Florist itself has been established since April 2015. The purpose of this research is to design an e-marketing system and implement an e-marketing system as a customer service at Mega Florist Bandar Lampung. The problem with Bandar Lampung's Mega Florist itself is that there is no system to market board flower rentals, and its marketing still uses brochures, print media, and advertisements so that it requires more costs to market board flower rental services to Mega Florist Bandar Lampung. The system development method uses the waterfall method and the system design uses the UML system design, and the system implementation uses an object-based programming language that is PHP, with Dreamwever and MySQL applications as a database. The result of this research is an online application based on e-marketing built by Mega Florist Bandar Lampung, focused on spreading information on package rental and flower delivery. This web board will present services, facilities, menus, promos and provide convenience for customers in finding information interest rates offered, as well as services in booking board interest rentals.

Abstract

Perubahan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang cepat telah berdampak besar bagi daya saing perusahaan lokal (Nani & Safitri, 2021), tanpa terkecuali bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). UMKM menjadi salah satu penopang perekomian nasional pada masa krisis harus mampu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Pengetahuan terkait pelatihan merek produk dan penyusunan laporan keuangan diperlukan UMKM agar memudahkan dalam pemasaran dan pendanaan yang lebih luas. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pembangunan merek produk (product branding) pada UMKM Desa Panggungrejo, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Melalui pelatihan ini UMKM dapat menerapkan penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar UMKM dan membangun merek produk, sehingga memudahkan pengajuan pendanaan melalui kredit perbankan, maupun meningkatkan loyalitas konsumennya.

Abstract

Lampung Province, especially in the Natar sub-district, South Lampung regency, has a large and varied number of MSMEs, which are spread across various villages in the sub-district. Based on the results of interviews with the administrators of the MSME community, Natar explained that the average MSME sales record was still done manually and they could not immediately know the total number of sales that occurred during one period and they also could not know the amount of existing inventory, so that UMKM could not quickly calculate how much profit they have made and it is difficult to decide when to produce goods, because it is difficult to see how many goods are still available. The expected outputs from this PKM activity are scientific articles published in community service journals, training videos, and news published in newspapers. Stages in the implementation of activities namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The activities will be carried out for 6 months, starting in early December and ending in May 2022. The activities that will be offered are in the form of training using sales and inventory recording applications. The target of this activity is MSMEs that are members of the Natar MSME community, South Lampung.
