The study, entitled Accounting Information Systems Cash Flow Control Direct Cash Flow Method (Case Study: National Unity and Political Agency of Lampung Province) in the process of controlling the flow of funds in the finances of the National Unity and Political Agency of Lampung Province found problems including the recording process on the finance department uses a ledger (manual recording). Using the ledger (recording) causes the recording to be less effective and also takes a long time. This study aims to facilitate the finance department in the process of managing funds. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The system development method used in this research is the Prototype method using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool to analyze the system to be made including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The development of this system uses the PHP programming language, Codeigniter framework version 3.1, Sublime as a Text editor version 3.1.1 (64 bit), and MySQL database version 11.11 (64 bit) as a database management system. The results of this study are able to build web-based applications and can manage financial transactions and present financial reports quickly and well, which has been tested by Blackbox and obtained a percentage with a value of 100%, and results that the system can run according to user needs and is feasible to use workable

SMK Pangudi Luhur Lampung Tengah merupakan salah satu smk swasta yang ada dikabupaten Lampung Tengah, sekolah ini menerapkan pembayaran SPP dan pembayaran Daftar Ulang. Pengolahan laporan dengan sistem manual masih dilakukan hingga sekarang. Dalam mengelola pembayaran masih menggunakan buku besar sebagai laporan kauangan sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien dalam pengolahan pembayarannya. Perancangan sistem pembayaran SPP dan Daftar Ulang ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keakuratan, kecepatan, serta ketepatan dalam pembuatan laporan sehingga mengurangi kesalahan dalam laporan pembayaran serta mempermudah dalam transaksi pembayaran SPP maupun Daftar Ulang menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Pembahasan penulisan Laporan Akhir Studi ini penulis menggunakan metode prototype yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan metode pengamatan, wawancara, dan tinjuan pustaka. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan adalah MySQL dan UML (Unified Modeling Language) antara lain use case diagram, activity diagram dan class diagam. Dengan adanya pengembangan sistem ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pembayaran SPP dan Daftar Ulang pada SMK Pangudi Luhur Lampung Tengah.

PT Radha Pratama Jaya is a business engaged in the sale of petroleum. Operations at PT Radha Pratama Jaya are carried out every day. With such an operating system, company management requires fast and accurate accounting information. So that the application of an accounting information system is needed by companies to get good information in order to facilitate the company's business activities. There are many sales transactions carried out in a day at PT Radha Pratama Jaya, and it causes employees to be unable to record transactions quickly. The use of computers that are still minimal because they still use a manual system makes the risk of misrepresentation very large. In addition, the archiving technique is not good, sales documents do not have duplicate documents so documents are easily lost because the storage is not good. The objective to be achieved in this study is to design a Web-Based Petroleum Sales Accounting Information System that is expected to be used by the Admin and sales department in assisting the Purchase and Sale of Petroleum at PT Radha Pratama Jaya. The method used in system development in this study is a prototype model because in the development of this system avoids time delays and costs far above what is budgeted to get a system that meets the needs of users. The result of this study is the processing of sales accounting information system data at PT Radha Pratama Jaya Bandar Lampung, currently, the data processing is still manual, resulting in the creation and search of purchase and sales reports needed by the leadership to be late when needed by the leadership. The Sales Accounting Information System at PT Radha Pratama Jaya Bandar Lampung can facilitate the search and update of data that will be used for the creation and search of Purchase and Sales reports needed by leaders
