Abstract

Managerial capacity headmaster who qualified to participate in the building of teacher performance as steps an organization madrasas controlled by a school principal. In this studi, in South Lampung the results showed; 1) Leadership Principals run with its role as a leader, motivator, supervisors, educators and administrators can improve the performance of teachers. 2) Process management is performed by the headmaster in improving the performance of the teacher will not run properly without qualified managerial competence which is owned by the headmaster as manager at the school, as well as the support and solid cooperation between the head madrasah, teachers and other academic community. 3) Aspects of teachers' work discipline is known that there are many teachers who do not work well to do discipline. 4) Headmaster has been functioning with maximum leadership through the implementation of strict work discipline teachers and supported by good managerial ability so as to improve the performance of teachers.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the level of correlation between student perception about teacher role with learning achievement, learning style with learning achievement, student perception about teacher role and learning style with learning achievement by together. To get the obtained data, writer will process and analyze by using Statistical product and Service Solution (SPSS). From analysis result expressed that, 1) there are significant relation between about teacher role improved, learning achievement also increase, 2) between students learning style variable with student learning achievement. If student learning style improved, learning achievement also increase, 3) between student perception variable about teacher role and student learning achievement by together with student learning achievement.

Abstract

Indonesia is facing a serious threat regarding the decline of the nation's morale, this can be seen from the low ethical values related to the low morale of the nation related to the low morale of students, such as the case of student abuse against teachers, this is due to the lack of knowledge of students in knowing the ethics they should have in studying. For this reason, students need to gain ethical knowledge, either by learning from the teacher or by studying books, books and studies that discuss ethics. While the purpose of this study is to determine the ethics of students towards teachers in Islamic education from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asyari in the adab al-alim wa almuta 'allim book. This research is a library research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach to collect data by collecting from books, books, magazines, internet, and then the data is analyzed and concluded.

Abstract

The education unit level curriculum (KTSP) for PAI subjects needs to be evaluated and implemented properly by teachers so that academic quality can be improved. The findings of this study conclude: Implementation of KTSP in PAI subjects begins with: (1) Knowing the purpose of education. (2) Prepare syllabus and lesson plans (3). The PAI learning process which is implemented based on the KTSP is carried out by means of PAI teachers preparing syllabus, completing lesson plans, coordinating teachers once a month or incidental class visits by principals and supervisors. (4) The use of facilities and infrastructure by PAI teachers in implementing the KTSP has been relatively good. (5) Obstacle factors faced (a) Low motivation to learn about KTSP. (b) The competence of teachers who lack dedication. (c) Lack of cooperation from related parties. (d) Unfavorable environment. (e) There are still those who teach less prepared. Supporting factors: (a) teachers have high dedication. (b) The ability of teachers who always conduct evaluations. (c) Government policy.

Abstract

Quality education management is inseparable from the ability of the principal. The principal as a leader in his work unit must be accompanied by several qualifications attached to his duties and functions. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this research, it is attempted to collect as much descriptive data as possible which will be stated in the form of reports and descriptions. Based on this objectively, the type of descriptive research used is a case study. The results of this study regarding the role of school principals in improving teacher performance, organizational climate and quality of education have not been successful due to the absence of maximum cooperation between the government and the environment. Therefore, good relations from all parties must be maintained so as to assist the role of the principal in improving teacher performance, organizational climate and quality of education.
