Abstract

To ensure the implementation of education in accordance with quality standards, it is necessary to continuously and continuously assess the feasibility and performance carried out in order to make improvements and improve the quality of higher education. A policy is always associated with the public. Public policies are decisions that are binding on many people at the strategic or outline level made by public authorities. Performance is an activity that has been achieved by a worker in carrying out the tasks and work assigned to him. The success of quality management in higher education can be measured by the level of customer satisfaction. Higher education can be said to be successful if it is able to provide services according to the expectations of "customers of education" and produce satisfactory products, especially for the public who use educational services.

Abstract

Metode Suggestopedia, guru harus kreatif dan membuat kondisi kelas nyaman dan siswa merasa rileks dalam proses belajar bahasa Inggris. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, penelitian ruang kelas tindakan merupakan bentuk penyelidikan reflektif kolektif yang dilakukan oleh peserta dalam situasi sosial untuk meningkatkan rasionalitas praktik sosial atau pendidikan mereka sendiri, serta pemahaman mereka terhadap Praktik dan Latihan. Metode Suggestopedia sebagai metode alternatif dapat meningkatkan kosa kata siswa. Hal itu bisa dilihat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test. Pada pre-test, skor rata-rata adalah 51,48, post-test 1 62. 1 sedangkan post-test 79,2.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the evolution of the Salafi Islamic boarding school in this millennial era. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The subject in this research is Riyadlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Lampung Timur-Lampung. This cottage is one of the salafi huts in Lampung Province. To obtain the data the researchers conducted a direct observation method by directly involved in the activities of the lodge. In this case it was found that the salafi huts were also able to evolve by developing its curriculum in the study of language and the independence of its students. In languages, pesantren train their students to be able to preach using Arabic and English. Whereas in terms of independence, students are taught to become entrepreneurs using online media, but all this still maintains the wisdom of the pesantren salafi.

Abstract

The standard of the educational process is the national standard of education, which means that a standard in the management of the educational process must be met by every formal educational institution at a certain level of education in providing services to the community wherever the educational institution is located nationally. Process standards are associated with the implementation of learning, which means the standard of the educational process contains how the learning process should take place in each educational unit carried out by every teacher, both class teachers and subject teachers, so that the quality of learning can be carried out optimally. The condition of inequality in the quality of education is caused by the non-standard quality of learning. The standard evaluation of the learning assessment process uses an authentic assessment approach.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media board game dapat meningkatkan kemampuan simple present tense siswa dan mencari tahu apakah media board game dapat membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi menarik. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan tes, yaitu tes awal dan tes akhir, observasi, dan interview. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Metro, pada jurusan Tadris Bahasa Inggris. Hasil nilai rata-rata dari pre-tes dan post-test menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan nilai. Nilai rata-rata pada pre-tes = 48.1, dan di post-tes I = 73.1, telah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 25 poin. Kemudian, nilai rata-rata pada post-tes II = 87. juga telah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13.9 poin dari pada pos-test I. Sedangkan, persentase siswa yang lulus pada pre-test = 16.7 % dari total keseluruhan siswa, dan pada post-test I = 83.3 %, dan kemudian, pada post-test II = 100 % siswa yang mampu lulus ujian. Berdasarkan hasil diatas, itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa board game dapat meningkatkan kemampuan simple present tense siswa. Media ini membuat siswa tertarik dan termotivasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Strategi prediksi adalah strategi proses membaca di mana para siswa menebak/memprediksi apa isi teks atau apa yang akan terjadi selanjutnya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membutuhkan seorang kolaborator untuk membantu dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini. Penulis menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas, penelitian ini dilakukan di IAIN Metro-Lampung. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini didukung oleh hasil skor siswa dalam siklus pre test 1 adalah 61,53 dan nilai rata-rata siswa dalam siklus post test 1 adalah 69,31 dan nilai rata-rata siswa dalam siklus post test 2 adalah 75, 28. Perbandingan skor siswa dalam pre test dan post test adalah 7,78 dan perbandingan skor siswa dalam post test 1 untuk post test 2 adalah 5,97; dan Dengan diterapkan membuat strategi prediksi dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa.

Abstract

One means of learning English that uses Islamic methods is Hand Lettering. Thus it is hoped that through this method the teachers and the participants can master the English language and also get its Islamic values in the process. Hand lettering is the art of writing letters that generally speak English. But all these things are directly related to letters or writing. It is hoped that Hand Lettering will be able to bridge the learning of Islamic English between teachers and students, as well as the environment. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of learners through Hand Lettering. Objects in this classroom action research are semester V learners totaling 30 students.
