Abstract

Penyampaian melalui video animasi menjadi lebih baik dari pada teknik konvensional dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dalam berbagai hal, sehingga aplikasi berbasis animasi dapat digunakan dalam membantu prosesb belajar mengajar. Salah satu topik pembelajaran yang membutuhkan visualisasi agar materi dapat diterima dengan lebih baik adalah tentang Tata Surya. Aplikasi akan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Develompent yang didalamnya tedapat tiga tahapan utama diantaranya requerment planning, design workshop dan juga implementasi. Hasilnya dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Appication Development ini aplikasi pembelajaran Tata Surya ini dapat selesai dengan cepat dan berjalan dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Cileungsi Hijau Residential Area in Bogor Regency has adopted Fiber To The Home (FTTH) technology to meet the increasing demand for high-speed internet access. However, high attenuation remains a technical issue that may affect service quality. This study aims to compare signal attenuation in FTTH networks using two approaches: direct measurement with an Optical Power Meter (OPM) and theoretical estimation using the Link Power Budget (LPB) method. Measurements were conducted at nine Optical Distribution Point (ODP) locations to assess network feasibility based on the EPON standard threshold (-28 dBm). The results showed that eight of the nine ODP points were above the minimum threshold and deemed feasible. Several points, such as ODP B1, B3, C1, and C2, even had better OPM results than LPB estimates, indicating optimal physical installation. However, ODP D1 showed a received power of -28.99 dBm, falling below the standard and declared unfit. This comparison indicates that while LPB is effective as an initial reference, OPM measurements provide more accurate, real-time insights into actual network performance and are essential for early detection of potential disruptions.

Abstract

The availability of a stable internet connection is essential for maintaining smooth business operations, especially in digital-based companies like PT. Omega Media Global. Relying solely on a single internet connection creates a major risk, as any disruption may halt the entire workflow. To address this issue, this study implements a network system using the failover recursive gateway method on Mikrotik devices. This system is designed to automatically monitor the stability of the primary internet link and seamlessly switch to a backup connection in the event of a failure, based on preconfigured priorities and connection speed. The implementation results indicate that the system successfully performs automatic failover without manual intervention, effectively reducing downtime and maintaining connection stability. The application of this method has proven to significantly improve network reliability and operational efficiency, enabling the company to continue its digital activities without interruption during internet failures.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sektor pemerintahan mengharuskan optimalisasi layanan publik, khususnya dalam mengatasi limitasi sistem pengaduan konvensional di Kelurahan Arcawinangun yang bergantung pada kotak saran fisik dengan permasalahan aksesibilitas terbatas, risiko kehilangan dokumen, dan minimnya transparansi progres penanganan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan SIPEKA (Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Masyarakat) sebagai solusi digital berbasis web menggunakan pendekatan prototyping melalui empat fase: analisis kebutuhan stakeholder, konstruksi prototype interface dengan dashboard submission dan modul tracking status, validasi melalui feedback pengguna, dan finalisasi sistem definitif. Platform yang dihasilkan mengakomodasi submission pengaduan online dengan fitur real-time status monitoring, memfasilitasi akses tanpa batasan geografis-temporal sambil menyediakan visibilitas penuh progres penanganan bagi masyarakat dan tools manajemen sistematis bagi administrator. Deployment SIPEKA menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan transparansi dan responsivitas layanan publik melalui digitalisasi workflow pengaduan, dengan integrasi monitoring status yang berkontribusi substansial terhadap penguatan kepercayaan masyarakat pada institusi pelayanan publik Kelurahan Arcawinangun.
