Abstract

This article aims to examine the relationship between spirituality at work and organizational performance. This study is important to be carried out based on a theory that shows a relationship between the two. The Islamic Institute (IAI) Ibrahimy Genteng is a tertiary institution that develops spirituality to improve organizational performance. This spirituality comes from the leadership of two (2) charismatic kyai namely KHR. As'ad Syamsul Arifin, the caretaker of the Salafiyah-Syafiiyyah Sukorejo Islamic Boarding School and KH. Imam Zarkasyi Djunaidi Caretaker of Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Makmur Genteng Banyuwangi. The spirituality developed at IAI Ibrahimy Genteng is Religious Spirituality. This means that spiritual values ​​are developed through religious teachings between istiqomah, sincerity, deliberation and ahlu sunnah wal jamaah. The channel which is used to campaign for religious spirituality through various ways, one of which is through the slayer in the whatsup group. As a result, in the past five years, an increase in organizational performance was marked by a change in status and the addition of study programs in IAI Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Disaster learning becomes very important for students to provide students' competence in dealing with disasters. The earth, which has experienced extreme climate change in recent decades and the geographical condition of Indonesia, which is in the ring of fire, makes it necessary to introduce disaster preparedness to students. Al-Qur'an learning that teaches understanding of the holy book can participate in equipping students in dealing with disasters. Students' competence in learning the Qur'an is found in the verses of the Qur'an about disasters. Education in al-Qur'an learning can lead to students' spiritual competence, including understanding and awareness that disasters have been written in the mahfudz lauh, disasters have been ordained by Allah SWT. Disaster itself actually comes from human error in managing the environment. More than that, learning the Qur'an also provides an understanding of the nature of patience in dealing with disasters. Patience competence provides students with provisions to survive in the face of disasters; In addition, the verses of the Qur'an also teach about 'repentance' or returning to protecting the environment so that disasters that originate from human error in managing the environment will not be repeated again. Damages on earth can be minimized if humans want to repent. In addition, students also get the competence to identify disasters that will be experienced. There are 5 (five) disasters identified by Qs. al-Baqoroh namely fear, hunger, lack of wealth, lack of life (death / health) and lack of fruit (basic food needs).

Abstract

This study tries to understand how to be a lucky person in life in the perspective of tarbawy interpretation. Thus, luck can be something that man can achieve in his mortal life. The approach used in this article is a contextual approach, namely the context of the interpreter in which the context exists and surrounds the current reader. The results of the study stated that actually lucky people are people who are in a situation of low self-control. This has to do with the power of Allah Almighty, who is almighty of all things. Allah Almighty mentioned in Qs. al-Mu'minun that the mu'min person was lucky because he did 6 (six) things, namely khusyu prayer', leaving useless things, fulfilling zakat, Keeping the pubic, Keeping the mandate / Promise, Keeping the prayer time. So, the purpose of Luck education in this article is education by referring to students understanding, loving and doing these 6 (six) things in order to become lucky people.

Abstract

The study of climate change has disappeared from the curriculum of qur'an hadith material in pai sma subjects. Whereas climate change is a major issue. Even so, with the approach of interpretation of the Qur'an, the study of climate change can be interpreted in the interpretation of verses from the Qur'an as long as it uses the methods that have been known in the Qur'an ulumul. This article seeks to examine and work on a way out of the problem. The infrequent study of this is one of the urgency of this paper. High schools consist of three (3) levels, each of which has been determined by learning outcomes. Class X PAI material revolves around the issue of orders to compete in kindness and work ethic as well as the prohibition of promiscuity and adultery. In pai class X SMA materials, adaptation and integration cannot be done because there is no linkage of verses that allow adaptation of interpretation. Meanwhile, the Learning Outcomes of PAI Material class XI and XII have eight (8) themes, namely critical, science and technology, tolerance, maintaining human life, disasters, exams, love for the homeland and religious moderation. In the material of the Qur'anic verses on critical thinking, science and technology, disasters and exams, adaptation of interpretation and integration of climate change materials can be carried out; But on the material of tolerance, nurturing human life, love of the homeland and religious moderation can not be adapted to interpretation. The reason is not supported by munasabah (linkage) to the material. These materials are related to the relationship between people (hablu minnannas), the love of the homeland and religious life in the context of nation and state. The process of adapting and integrating the material depends largely on the ability of the teacher in mastering the ulumul Qur’an.

Abstract

This article attempts to find models of parent and child communication in the qoshoshul qur'an. This research is important because there are not many articles that use a circular mindset in understanding the qoshoshul of the Qur'an. In the end, understanding is stuck in the linearity of narratives of characters, events and contexts of stories without being able to see concept maps that are useful for today. The communication model between parents and children is very necessary in this day and age in the midst of the pace of the digital era. Many children communicate very little with their parents with communication technology. This study took primary data on Qur'anic verses and books of tafsir as explanations. The data is analyzed through Qur'anic qoshoshil techniques that concentrate on the characters, events and context of the verse. The results showed that many models that can be used as alternative communication models include wills, sharing experiences, advice and invitations. From the mother's side, a mother can take a non-verbal communication model such as trust in the child and trust in the child's abilities. Because, children have certain special privileges given by Allah SWT. Meanwhile, from the child's side, a child can also initiate communication but must pay attention to the ma'ruf rules. If there is a dispute in the communication process, a child should still pray for the safety and health of his parents. It is not allowed to harbor hatred for his parents.
