Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide benefits for learning financial management, especially in financial management for a business, through increasing financial literacy, which can be seen from the last education, income, and storage style. The number of samples used in this study was 95 respondents, and the sampling technique used the solving formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method and descriptive analysis of respondents' level of achievement with the help of SPSS software version 21. The results of this study indicate that, first, education has a positive and significant effect on the financial literacy of UMKM actors in Ternate City. Second, income has a positive and significant impact on the financial literacy of Ternate City UMKM actors. Third, the saving Style has a positive and significant effect on UMKM the financial literacy of Ternate City. Furthermore, there is a simultaneous influence of the variables of Education, Income, and Savings Style on the financial literacy of UMKM actors in Ternate City.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1. To examine the effect of Accessibility and Facilities on Tourist Satisfaction in Goa Boki Maruru; 2. To examine the effect of Accessibility and Facilities on Interest in Revisiting Goa Boki Maruru; 3. To examine the effect of Tourist Satisfaction on Interest in Revisiting Goa Boki Maruru; 4. To examine the role of Tourist Satisfaction in mediating the effect of Accessibility and Facilities on Interest in Revisiting Goa Boki Maruru. The number of samples in this study were 90 tourists, the sampling method was non-probability sampling and the sampling technique was porpusive sampling. The analytical test tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that: 1. Accessibility and Facilities have a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction in Boki Maruru Cave; 2. Accessibility and facilities have no significant effect on interest in revisiting at Boki Maruru Cave; 3. Tourist Satisfaction has a significant effect on revisit interest in Boki Maruru Cave; 4. Tourist Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Accessibility and Facilities on Interest in Revisiting Goa Boki Maruru.

Abstract

This research aims tooanalyze the effect of perceived risk and ease of use8on the decision to transact using QRIS on MSME actors in Ternate City, either partially or simultaneously. This research0is a hypothesis testing research (Hypothesi9testing) which aims to test the hypothesis proposed by the Research Team. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression equation model to analyze the effect of risk perception and user convenience6on the decision to make payments with2QRIS. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique as many as 60 respondents. Risk Perception and User Convenience contributed 72.2% to the decision to transact using QRIS in Ternate City MSME actors, the remaining 27.8% was explained by other variables outside the research model. The results of the t-test concluded that Risk Perception had no significant effect on the decision to transact using QRIS on MSME actors in Ternate City, while User Ease had a positive and significant effect on the decision to transact using QRIS on MSME actors in Ternate City. Based on the Anova Test,f-count value of 52.133 > t-table (2.766), it can be concluded that the variables of Risk Perception and Ease of Use together can influence the decision to transact using QRIS.

Abstract

Objective: Comparison of Abnormal Stock Returns Before and After Stock Split on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used a purposive method. Based on the sample selection in accordance with the specified criteria, the number of samples in this study were 40 companies or as many as 200 units of observation within a period of 5 years.Methodology: The analytical method used in this study is the Test Difference method.Finding: Hypothesis accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that abnormal returns had a positive and significant effect before and after the stock split. Because an increase in abnormal stock returns before and after the stock split.

Abstract

PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (Persero) (referred to as SUCOFINDO) is a State-Owned Enterprise established between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and SGS. At this time PT. Sucofindo (Persero) cooperates a lot with other companies, a total of 3458 external supply companies are active in the procurement of goods and services, so that often employees in the general function section have problems remembering the time of the cooperation contract. At this time the general function is still using the system in a way where employees still have to manually input data from every activity of procurement of goods and services in Microsoft Excel. the system used is deemed less effective and efficient, making it difficult to obtain information on a procurement contract. This research was conducted to facilitate the monitoring of a contract. The system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are a web-based monitoring information system that provides warning alerts if the contract is in the grace period, as well as providing other information about the stages of the process that have been carried out in a contract.
