Abstract

The need for education in Indonesia is still very high. This is a large market share and an opportunity for formal education institutions. Global competition has also hit thr world of education. Every year, when the high school or vocational school graduates competing for selection instituttions, universities were competing promote themselves and attract potential student candidates. This thesis presents the results of survey of students at the Widyatama University Bandung. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires and as many as 235 students of all majors and the class of 2011 to 2015. The spread made online by sending a link online questionnaires has been designed in google docs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze and test the hypothesis of this study with the help of IBM SPSS application AMOS 20. The methods was used in this research is the methods of Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). Results of this research may help to explain the effect of the quality of educational services and the management of the image of the university student kerelasian Widyatama which allows it to be used and developed in building the image og the university. The results showed that the model 1 and model 2 only there is influence the quality of education services to the image of the university, while students relationship management does not affect the image of the university. As for the 3 models found any influence of the quality of education and management services kerelasian students againts the university’s image. As the researchers suggest that as the dimensions of empathy and assurance because it is a very positive response classroom equipped with complete equipment and parking facilities are provided to note and expanded since contributed immensely in building the image of the university, while the students relationship management on the dimensions identify the students with a good database and provide convenience in obtaining information quickly through the acailability of the service enable this feature on the website.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how much influence the product quality and promotion of products on consumer purchasing decisions PT. Aica Indria. The research conducted was by distributing questionnaires using the Slovin formula. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the equation Y = 16.435 + 0.359X1 + 0.282X2 and the correlation coefficient, which is equal to 0.224 for Product quality (X1) and 0.287 for Product Promotion (X2), which means the percentage contribution of the Product quality effect is 22.4% while the rest 77.6% is influenced by other variables. If joint testing is carried out between the Product quality and Product Promotion variables, then the correlation value of determination is 0.287, which means the effect of Product quality and Product Promotion has a percentage of 28.7% and the remaining 71.3% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the hypothesis test obtained t count for product quality of 4,328, t count for product promotion amounted to 2,290, with t table of 1,660 obtained from t distribution table for df = 100-2 and level of significant 0.05. In other words, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected because tcount> ttable. Based on hypothesis testing for product product quality and promotion of purchasing decisions, the fcount value of 19,491 is obtained with a significant level of 0,000 where 0,000 <0.05 and also Fcount> Ftable or 19,491> 3.09, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a relationship between product product quality and promotion of purchasing decisions, if product product quality and promotion can be improve properly it can increase purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Effect of Promotion and Price on Consumer Purchase Decisions on motorcycle spare parts (two wheels). This study aims to assess how much influence promotion and price have on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Surganya Motor Indone;’l;[sia Bandung. The type of research used is quantitative explanatory research. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires to customers of PT Surganya Motor Indonesia Bandung. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. To explain the description of research related to the hypothesis by using the following analysis: Validity Test, Reliability Test, t Test (Partial). on Consumer Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

One of the infrastructure that has grew is the highway that experienced rapid development , it can be seen from the emergence of the freeway that connects the city with other cities and the construction of new roads is carried up to the rural outposts , motor vehicle especially four wheel drive vehicles or cars have held an important role in society as a means of transportation . The growth of the national automotive industry has influenced the rapid car rental business in Indonesia. To win the competition is getting tougher PT . Fres INDONESIA ( TRANSPORTATION , RENTAL CAR , and BUS ) should be able to improve the quality of service , but in fact the quality of PT services. Fres INDONESIA is evidenced by the still low number of complaints from consumers . It makes basic PT . Fres INDONESIA ( TRANSPORTATION , RENTAL CAR , and BUS ) to further improve its service to satisfy all our customers , because it is basically an attempt to satisfy consumer is an effort to develop the quality of the goods or services of the company to satisfy the needs of consumers who meet or exceed the criteria desired by consumers . In this study the method used is descriptive method is the method by providing a systematic overview , factual , and accurate information on the facts and the correlation between the variables studied. Hypothesis test results t value greater than t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted , it means the quality of services affect customer satisfaction .
