Abstract

According to data from the ILO, the International Labor Organization, 82 percent of people with disabilities in the world live in developing countries and live below the poverty line. They find it difficult to get various accesses including in the fields of employment, health, information, politics. Opportunities for persons with disabilities to find work are lower than those of non-disabled persons. This article discusses the access of persons with disabilities in Indonesia to work. The method used for this writing is a literature review through the Google Scholar database. From the results of the study, it is known that there have been efforts to provide access for persons with disabilities in the field of employment, but the level of participation of persons with disabilities is still there. This is due to, among other things, the low capacity of persons with disabilities, as well as the lack of access to information on time availability.

Abstract

After the Regulation PER-5/MBU/04/2021 of the Minister of State-owned Enterprises’ (Badan Usaha Milik Negara; BUMN) took effect, it formed a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) paradigm for BUMN in Indonesia. This article can add insight into business people, academics, and the general public regarding the implementation of the CSR. This study uses a self-study type of literature study using the results of researchers' review from documents or legislation’s archives and the socialization of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan; TJSL) in the Ministry of BUMN. The findings describe the chronology of the development of CSR in BUMN from year to year which changes in terms of name and its arrangements according to the policies issued. The Regulation No. PER-5/MBU/04/2021 of the Minister of BUMN on TJSL can be a reference for CSR implementation in Indonesia because the benefits and pillars of the TJSL program are required in line with the aim of TPB / SDGs, so that the CSR’s concept paradigm that previously focused on profit allocation becomes a sustainable impact. The publication of the impact of the TJSL program is required to Article 27 of BUMN PER-5/MBU/04/2021. It becomes a factor that binds BUMN to measure these impacts. The Social Return on Investment (SROI) can be one of the methods to measure impacts. Eventually, the Minister of BUMN’s Regulation PER-5/MBU/04/2021 on the TJSL program became the foundation of CSR practices for state-owned companies which also became the ideal references of CSR practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal variety of learning methods and media to support persons with autism’s need to inclusive education, based on literature review. It revealed from previous studies published during 2013-2021 that there are 9 methods, 8 learning media with variety fulfillment on the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of learning. Significance of this study revealed that those various learning methods and media are affordable options to various socio-economic conditions of society in Indonesia. Novelty of this study is accumulation knowledge to be applied by parties who concerns to inclusive education and fulfillment of the learning needs of persons with autistic.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan penyakit sosial yang meresahkan. Kemiskinan salah satu persoalan sosial ekonomi yang sulit diuraiakan sampai saat ini. Besarnya penduduk miskin akan berpotensi menciptakan permasalahan sosial. Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki masalah kemiskinan yang rumit. Berdasarkan Data BPS Di 10 Provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki tingkat kemiskinan yang tinggi. Sepuluh provinsi tersebut yaitu Papua, Papua Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Maluku, Aceh, Gorontalo, Bengkulu, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Sumatera Selatan dan Sulawesi Tengah. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konsep kebijakan penanggulangan kemiskinan perspektif Muhamadiyah. Artikel ini disusun dengan metode kajian literatur pada laporan resmi, statistik,dan riset belumnya. Kajian literatur yang dilakukan meliputi context review, methodological review, dan theoretical review. Dari context review untuk meretas permaslahan kemiskinan dengan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dan dimensi-dimensi pembangunan sosial. Pada pemberdayaan masyarakat yakni pelatihan, pengembangan potensi diri, pemberian dana usaha, pemberian gerobak, beasiswa, dana bantuan sosial, pembinaan kesehatan gratis. Sedangkan pada dimensi-dimensi pembangunan sosial produktivitas masyarakat, kesejahteraan sosial, peningkatan ekonomi.Methodological review menunjukkan bahwa jenis pendekatan kualitatif dan kajian literatur banyak digunakan pada riset terkait peretas masalah kemiskinan. Dari theoretical review intinya terlihat bahwa penggunaan teori pemberdayaan dan dimensi-dimensi pembangunan sosial lebih tepat digunakan karena dapat mencakup keseluruhan terkait dengan konsep kebijakan penanggulangan kemiskinan  dala mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

Riset menunjukkan keterkaitan erat antara pemahaman publik tentang disabilitas dan penyandang disabilitas dengan perilaku diskriminatif yang mereka alami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pemahaman umum masyarakat di dunia, termasuk Indonesia, tentang penyandang disabilitas masih cenderung negatif. Pemahaman negatif itu karena masyarakat umumnya mendefinisikan dan memperlakukan penyandang disabilitas berdasarkan pada pola pikir yang didominasi oleh konsep kenormalan yang berimplikasi pada stigmatisasi dan diskriminasi terhadap para penyandang disabilitas. Hal itu, termasuk di Indonesia terutama disebabkan masih terbatasnya diseminasi informasi dan edukasi resmi dari pemerintahan atau otoritas terkait serta hasil kajian ilmiah tentang disabilitas dan penyandang disabilitas. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kajian literatur terkait pemahaman tentang disabilitas dan penyandang disabilitas. Diharapkan kajian ini dapat berkontribusi mengatasi kesenjangan informasi dan edukasi tentang disabilitas dan penyandang disabilitas, serta memberi pemahaman yang tepat dan perilaku yang lebih baik serta menghargai hak asasi para penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia. Dengan pemahaman dan perilaku yang tepat tersebut, maka diharapkan berkontribusi pula pada perlindungan dan kesejahteraan sosial para penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia

Abstract

Elderly (elderly) is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and over. The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA, 2015) projects that the number of people aged 60 years and over will reach 2 billion by 2050, and will continue to increase to more than three times by 2100. The increasing number of elderly population makes the elderly one of the It is important to pay attention to groups so that they do not become an economic and social burden. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize the potential of the elderly and seek forms of fulfilling the rights of the elderly to achieve optimal quality of life (optimum aging). This article aims to describe the policy of meeting the basic needs of the elderly in order to become optimum aging. This article was compiled using the literature review method on official reports, statistics and previous research. The literature review conducted includes context review, methodological review, and theoretical review. From the context review, it was revealed that there were 8 (eight) basic needs of the elderly including health services, food, housing, finance, security, education, self-actualization and social relations. It was also revealed that there are several policies in several countries to address the problems of the elderly. The core results of the methodological review show that the type of qualitative approach and literature review is widely used in research related to the elderly. From the theoretical review, it can be seen that the use of hierarchical theory of basic human needs for the elderly helps in understanding the problems faced by the elderly and the appropriate policies to deal with them

In this article, there are explanations about the understanding of sexual harassment, the classification of variety of sexual harassment, the causes of sexual harassment, the prevention of sexual harassment, and problems of mental health psychology that is caused by sexual harassment. The expectation of this article is to improve the understanding of sexual harassment, there for it can alleviate the violence to women.
