Abstract

Results of research psychologists concluded that the success and the success of someone living in the strongly supported by emotional intelligence (EQ-80%), while the role of the Intellectual Intelligence (IQ) only 20% only. Which turned out to be its Center IQ and EQ is Spiritual intelligence (SQ), so it is believed that the decisive success and the SQ of the success of a person. In this case the IQ and EQ would be able to function properly/Effectively if controlled by the SQ. A heart enable our values the most in, changing it from something that we think is becoming something that we went through. Heart knows things that cannot be known by the mind. The heart is the source of courage and zeal, integrity and commitment. The heart is the source of energy and a feeling of depth that demands we learn, create, lead and serve. The supervisor will be the conscience of man against what should be accomplished and what to do, meaning that every human being has actually has a Heart as the accompanying Radar.

Abstract

Individuals in everyday life are required to establish a relationship with another individual. Through this socialization process, individuals make adjustments with the surrounding environment. To establish a good relationship, an individ ual is required to have good intelligence emosianal. Basi cally between emotional intelligence and social adjustment interconnected. Emotional intelligence is a subset of social intelligence that involves the ability to monitor feelings and emotions well in ourselves and in others. This study aims to determine how the intelligence level of students emosianal acceleration, how the level of students’ social adjustment of acceleration, and learns of the relationship of emotional intelligence and social adjustment in students acceleration MAN Banyuwangi. This study uses a quantitative correlation with research subjects students of class X MAN accel eration Banyuwangi totaling 214 students, while 31 of them designated as a sample. Keywords :

Abstract

Persepsi adalah suatu proses penggunaan pengetahuaan yang dimiliki seseorang untuk mendeteksi atau memperoleh stimulus (rangsangan) yang diterima oleh alat indera seperti mata, telinga dan hidung. Jadi, persepsi merupakan suatu proses menafsirkan informasi yang diperolah melalui sistem alat indera manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis bagaimana persepsi karyawan tentang penempatan kerja di Institut Agama Islam Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi. (2) menganalisis bagaimana persepsi karyawan tentang prestasi kerja karyawan di Institut Agama Islam Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi. (3) menganalisis bagaimana hubungan antara persepsi karyawan tentang penempatan kerja dengan persepsi tentang prestasi kerja karyawan di Institut Agama Islam Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma penelitian kuantitaif dengan jenis rancangan penelitian penjelasan (explanatory). Sampel penelitian sebesar 29 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling Tehnique. Penelitian ini, memerlukan dua jenis data antara lain data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui daftar pertanyaan yang didapat dari responden dan data sekunder diambil dari Institut Agama Islam Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of applying problem solving learning methods on student learning outcomes in the class X Islamic Cultural History subject. The type of research used is quantitative research using a Pre-Experimental design (one-group-pretest-posttest Design). The population in this study was 253 and the sample in this study was 53. The sampling technique used by researchers was Cluster Sampling. The research results obtained based on the results of the paired samples t-test analysis obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 with a significance level of α=0.05, which means 0.000 <0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, it is known that the data df=31, the significance level α=0.05, the t-count value = 24.002 and the t-table = 2.021 so it can be stated that the t-count value is greater than the t-table meaning 24.002>2.021 with a correlation level of 0.960 . So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the influence of problem solving learning methods on student learning outcomes in SKI subjects in class is -0.041 (experimental class posttest = 84.84 and control class posttest = 59.05) which means the average score for the experimental class posttest is higher than the control class posttest. Thus it can be concluded that the problem solving method influences student learning outcomes in the SKI class X MAN 3 Banyuwangi subject.

Abstract

This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods included structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The informants were the principal, the Islamic aqidah and akhlak (belief and moral) teacher, and students at MA Minhajut Thullab. Data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was verified using data source triangulation. This research discusses how Akidah Akhlak learning is implemented to prevent juvenile delinquency at MA Minhajut Thullab Sumberberas in the 2024/2025 academic year. The study was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Akidah Akhlak learning is designed with thorough planning, interactive implementation, and comprehensive evaluation focusing not only on students’ knowledge but also on their attitudes and behavior. Teachers apply approaches that relate to students’ daily lives, along with motivation and role-modeling. Supporting factors include the religious school environment and competent teachers. Meanwhile, obstacles include limited facilities and the diverse backgrounds of the students. Overall, Akidah Akhlak learning has proven effective in helping students develop discipline, respect, and avoid deviant behavior.

Abstract

Problems occurred in the process of teaching and learning classes include students ' lack of interest in material with guidance and counselling, is evident when students are given assignments, students are always asking for the value of the results of that task. Students are also less interested in guidance and counselling to the materials due to subjects guidance and counselling is not included in the assessment of students ' report cards like other subjects. Students also concede rarely read books module that had belonged to him. Also teaching methods that have been applied to teachers BK less attractive and varied, this can be shown when the teacher would do with multimedia learning methods many tools that are not available by the school and can be known that with apply method resitasi can improve the learning motivation of students in this class, because by giving many variations in giving the task of making students do not get tired, especially when the implementation of the tasks carried out were not monotonous in the classes only. From the suggestions and criticisms from students to teachers can praktikan known that the students love it when given a task that many model variations and interesting.
