Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi sangat penting dalammasyarakat Islam. Tentunya, aktifitas tersebutmembutuhkan pendanaan. Islam sebagai agamarohmatan lil alamin telah menyusun ajaran yang mengaturpengelolaan dana untuk pemberdayaan melalui syariatZakat, infaq dan shodaqoh (ZIS). Untuk mencapai tujuantersebut, perlu dilakukan ilmu pengelolaan (manajemen)dana sehingga tercapai tujuan ZIS. Tentunya, sistempengelolaan tersebut harus berdasarkan syariat Islam.Kalau dahulu, tata kelola ZIS diatur dalam ilmu fiqh, tetapidengan bertambahnya kompleksitas yang dihadapimanusia maka perlu ada perombakan besar-besaran yaknidengan memasukkan ilmu manajemen dalampemahamanfiqh ZIS. Ada empat hal yang harus diperhatikan dalammanajemen pengelolaan zakat Manajemen Pengumpulan,Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Pentasharufan danManajemen Pengendalian.

Abstract

Adzan is taka sing again among Muslims, echoed every prayer time for childbirth rituals of Islam and a notice of the entry of the prayer time, as well as invite Muslims to praying obligatory prayers in congregation, where the presentation is very fariatif, with loud noises and tartil recitation in accordance with, and there are too loud, too long and meliyuk-liyuk as the majority of the public do well in urban areas, even in different diperdesaan remote corners of the country. Presentation (practice) appearance, with a sound Adzan meliyuk-liyuk mengiramakan by adding letters or harokat or mad/long, thicken your readings the sentence, memfasikh-fasikh right and too long, as has become the tradition/habit society, law makruh can even be unlawful when changing the meaning and raises doubts.

Abstract

Human rights in Islam contains the basic principles of parity, freedom and respect for fellow human beings. The equation, meaning that Islam looks at all the human equivalent, the difference is achievement ketakwaanya. Thus it can be understood that human rights in Islam is defined as basic human rights – rights that are conferred by God Almighty. So human rights in Islam have a characteristic: 1) sourced from revelation, 2) not absolute because it is limited by respect for the freedom of other people's interests/3) right not to be separated from obligations.
