Abstract

Technology and Internet-based information system in a short time become the material needed for business success in the future. This information system will be easier for companies to obtain the data and process the data, information and applied to assist the business operation. BPR Mitra Harmoni one RB that does not apply information systems all. Where BPR provides some information is still less effective and less accurate the resulting data, therefore, needed a web-based information systems can help better operational activities. Writer building information systems BPR Mitra Harmoni customer data using the web-based system development methods Rational Unified Process, the data collection methods used were interviews, observation, while using a systems approach to UML.
