Abstract

Work efficiency and service quality improvement are two important things in competing with other businesses. Keep costs as low as possible with a satisfactory quality of service, can be optimized through the use of technology. One type of business that has the potential to be improved quality of service is a document copying services as implemented in Binus University. In addition to the staff and lecturers, students need the service for various types of documents such as copying lecture materials and other administrative documents. By leveraging the technology capabilities possessed by a photocopy machine to connect to a network computer, a system that supports the printing of documents through the Internet can be made. The online printing system is web-based, and capable of storing printing information into a database, so records can provide tracking information, which affects the quality of service and good performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the websites managed by individuals, companies and governments. The test results would be useful for managers to pay more attention to the quality of the website optimally through several perspectives: accessibility, experience, marketing and technology. The research used samples from 350 websites and the data were divided into seven categories, namely: website managed by SMEs (small and medium), website of universities, website of governments, e-commerce, news websites, website of industrial companies, and website of non-profit organization. We used Nibler as the testing tool to facilitate the assessment process. Data were analyzed using WEKA presented in the form of a decision tree. The results showed that the tested websites had an average value of 4.66 or worse (scale 1-10). The conclusion is that the manager of the website should perform repairs on the data and applications, in particular in the perspective of technology, accessibility and experience.

Abstract

This study aims to create a system that can support the implementation of the accreditation of the Hospital (RS) in Indonesia. Successful implementation of hospital accreditation in Indonesia is still far from the target that has been set, this is due to the geographical location factors and the limited availability of infrastructure. For successful implementation of this accreditation, it must be supported by a web-based application, which can be accessed by interested parties, such as the manager of the hospital, Surveyor, Commission on Hospital Accreditation Secretariat (KARS) and people who want to see the results of hospital accreditation. The proposed system is a system design that is capable of storing transaction data assessment, in accordance with the standards of the assessment element KARS. Documenting assessment can be made online or offline through the use of an excel file with a standardized format. Monitoring the implementation of accreditation can be determined quickly and accurately through the system reports. To find out the needs of the system, in-depth study conducted through interview techniques, analysis of documents and procedures that are running, as well as through discussion forums with the management team Surveryor KARS and Accreditation System. The data collected will be analyzed dengen Six Sigma method. The design of the system is described in the form of a data flow diagram, activity diagram and design Entity Relation Diagram (ERD). The proposed system will have an impact on improving the cost efficiency of infrastructure, data integration, accessibility and ease of monitoring the implementation of accreditation as well as guarantee the availability of data.

Abstract

By utilizing technology, exchange of data and information can be done easily without any limitation of time and geographical location. One type of business that have the potential to be improved quality of service is a document copying services as implemented in Binus University. In addition to the staff and lecturers, students need the service for various types of documents such as doubling the lecture materials and other administrative documents from softcopy to hardcopy documents. With the number of customers that so many frequent long queues, sometimes the officer / operator overwhelmed and not a few customers who feel disappointed. By leveraging the technology capabilities possessed by a photocopy machine to connect to a network computer, it can be made a system that supports the printing of documents through the Internet, so as to reduce queues and accountable system of administrative procedures. Users can monitor the status of printing the document, whether in a state of waiting, the document is printed or printing the document is complete. Each time the user performs printing, the computer used does not need a printer driver installation process, and the system can be developed to validate the adequacy of the deposit of funds that have been recorded in the database. This paper describes the Online Printing System web-based, and are capable of storing the printing information into a database system, so that records can provide tracking information, which affects the quality of service and performance is excellent.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu model peningkatan mutu layanan kepada stakeholder melaluipendekatan Six Sigma. Six Sigma merupakan metode pengendalian proses/kualitas suatu produk atau layanan yang benarbenardibutuhkan dengan biaya yang optimum. Penerapan metode six sigma melalui beberapa tahapan yang biasa disebutDMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement and Control). Salah satu contoh penerapan Six Sigma adalah padalayanan Sistem Absensi Online di BINUS UNIVERSITY, yang berdampak pada penghematan biaya, rantai proses yangsemakin pendek dan peningkatan kepuasan stakeholder. Untuk memudahkan pengukuran proses dan penggambarantahapan IPO (input, process, output) maka dibutuhkan alat bantu dari elemen diagram SIPOC (Supplier, Input, Process,Output, Customer).

Abstract

Aplikasi website merupakan sebuah media untuk menyampaikan informasi yang cepat dan up-to-date dan yang dibangun dengan tehnologi informasi. Beberapa perusahaan juga menggunakannya untuk mendukung proses bisnis vital mereka. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu bagi para pengembang atau pemilik dari web service untuk menjaga kualitas web mereka.Penggunaan aplikasi sebagai media untuk tetap kompetitif dan merangsang pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan, juga menimbulkan beberapa resiko yang mungkin dapat terwujud dalam bentuk hilangnya kerahasiaan data, integritas dan ketersediaan informasi. Penyebab resiko ini adalah lemahnya sistem keamanan, pengolahan data yang terlalu cepat, penyalahgunaan otorisasi dan informasi yang tidak akurat. Karena itu, sistem pengujian menjadi sangat penting untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas dari suatu produk aplikasi sistem informasi.Dengan kemampuan teknologi software yang mampu menampilkan informasi grafis dalam bentuk gambar, animasi, flash, terkadang developer juga tidak memperhatikan performance website yang berakibat pada penurunan kualitas akses website yang menjadi lambat, dan kualitas jaringan yang semakin lambat. Karena itu, maka perlu dilakukan pengujian performance website sehingga hasilnya lebih optimal.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Standar Integrasi Pendidikan Kesehatan dalam Pelayanan Rumah Sakit (IPKP) pada Standar Nasional Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (SNARS) Edisi 1 berlaku untuk rumah sakit yang melaksanakan pendidikan tenaga kesehatan. Standar ini mencakup kegiatan pendidikan kedokteran dan pendidikan staf klinis lainnya dalam aspek input, proses dan outcome yang berfokus pada mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Rumah sakit harus memiliki sistem pengendalian mutu dan keselamatan pasien untuk kegiatan proses pendidikan yang dilakukan di rumah sakit. Standar IPKP ini merupakan standar yang baru dalam SNARS edisi 1 yang mulai diterapkan pada Januari 2018, sedangkan proses pendidikan kesehatan sudah terlaksana cukup lama di berbagai rumah sakit di Indonesia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi standar IPKP di berbagai rumah sakit yang melaksanakan pendidikan kesehatan, serta membandingkan kepatuhan terhadap standar IPKP di berbagai tipe rumah sakit (A, B, C dan D) serta mengetahui pemenuhan elemen penilaian yang belum tercapai. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Data bersumber dari sistem informasi Komisi Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (SIKARS) dari Juli 2018-Desember 2019. Data dikelompokkan menurut jenis rumah sakit sesuai dengan standar akreditasi (enam standar). Pemenuhan setiap Elemen Penilaian (EP) diklasifikasikan sebagai skor nol lima atau sepuluh. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil: Sebanyak 1.577 rumah sakit yang melakukan pendidikan kesehatan telah dievaluasi. Menurut kelas, terdapat 57 (3,61%) rumah sakit kelas A, 351 (22,26%) rumah sakit kelas B, 828 (52,50%) rumah sakit kelas C dan 341 (21,64%) rumah sakit kelas D. Rerata skor standar IPKP pada kelompok rumah sakit kelas A, B, C dan D adalah 8,65, 6,26, 2,53 dan 0,98 secara berturutan. Pemenuhan EP 2.2 dengan skor 10 terdapat pada rumah sakit kelas A, dan lebih rendah pada rumah sakit B (66,38%), C (31,52%), dan D (7,91%). Pemenuhan EP 6.4 dengan skor 0 paling banyak terdapat pada rumah sakit kelas D (95,60%), dan lebih tinggi dari rumah sakit kelas C (81,52%) dan B (50,99%), sedangkan rumah sakit kelas A terendah sebesar 15,79%. Kesimpulan: Rumah sakit kelas A memiliki skor pemenuhan elemen penilaian tertinggi dibandingkan kelas B, C dan D. Pemenuhan standar enam di setiap klas rumah sakit masih membutuhkan perhatian khusus dan perlu ditingkatkan.
