Abstract

This drugs can decrease pain simptomaticly, the most widelyprescribed drugs worldwide and being the drugs of first choice other inflammatory pain. There is many kind NSAID that we knaw, like aspirin, parasetamol, ibuprofen, mefenamicacid, endometasin, diklofenak, piroksikan and nemosulide. Every kind of NSAID has itsadvantage and dis advantage for that beneficial actions and side effects. That beneficialactions and harmful side effects of NSAID can be associated with its mechanism of action.Using NSAID for children must in attention. This article is expented to give informationand to help the collegnes in the selecting drugs NSAID for child.

Abstract

Early childhood caries (ECC), also known as milk bottle caries is a syndrome of severe tooth decay, occurs ininfants and children, is an infectious disease that develops rapidly and lead to health problems in children. Thissyndrome can be caused by inappropriate use of bottles. Most cases of untreated ECC to children aged 20 months. At this stage many children need serious treatment, because this will result in trauma to both the children andparents. The most common treatment ECC and other dental diseases have been included in each treatment ofdisease. Efforts to educate families about dental hygiene and practice start a diet, the high rate of recurrence of anyevidence of disease ranging from tooth decay to the failure of the treatment plan resulted in the need for specialattention to this disease. This paper is expected to be a good input for a dentist in the treatment of ECC

Abstract

Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) is a component extracelluler of matrix hydrolised which has an important role inthe process of biology and pathology. MMP has also a role in deficiency of dentine organic matrix due todemineralization by bacterial acid and tooth caries development or controlling. MMP in host originates from salivaand dentin. Saliva penetrate on the open dentinal lesion, and MMP in saliva had direct access to dentinedemineralization. It has been said that MMP saliva derived have a role in organic matrix destruction. Dentinalmatrix degradation is supposed acted by bacteria enzyme. It was clear that the cause of dentinal matrix degradationis MMP-2 and MMP-9 in gelatinolitic process, and MMP-8 in collagenitic process. This paper was aimed to explainabout enzyme that has an important role in dentine caries.
