ABSTRACT Empowering pharmaceutical installations is crucial, starting with educating the hospital community about the role and purpose of pharmaceutical personnel in clinical practice. The hospital has five revenue centers, with pharmaceutical installations being the main source of revenue due to the high utilization of pharmaceutical supplies. To analyze factors related to the performance of pharmaceutical personnel in pharmaceutical services at RSU Haji Medan. This type of research is quantitative research with the research design used is a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. The reason for using total sampling is that the population is less than 50 people, so the entire population is used as a research sample to minimize the bias that occurs. The sample in this study was 30 people. Based on the results of the study, pharmaceutical personnel obtained satisfactory compensation perceptions as many as 23 people (76.7%), good feedback as many as 23 people (86.7%), good working conditions there were 23 people (76.7%), good motivation as many as 3 people and pharmaceutical personnel who performed well as 27 people (90.0%). Perception of Compensation and Motivation is not related to the performance of pharmaceutical personnel at RSU Haji Medan. However, there is a statistically significant relationship between feedback and working conditions with the performance of pharmacy staff at RSU Haji Medan Keywords: Performance, Pharmaceutical Personnel, Hospitals  ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan instalasi farmasi sangatlah penting, dimulai dengan mendidik komunitas rumah sakit tentang peran dan tujuan tenaga kefarmasian dalam praktik klinis. Rumah sakit ini memiliki lima pusat pendapatan, dengan instalasi farmasi menjadi sumber pendapatan utama karena tingginya pemanfaatan perbekalan farmasi. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja tenaga kefarmasian pada pelayanan kefarmasian di RSU Haji Medan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan total sampling. Alasan digunakan total sampling adalah jumlah populasi kurang dari 50 orang maka keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian untuk memperkecil bias yang terjadi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh tenaga kefarmasian yang persepsi kompensasi memuaskan sebanyak 23 orang (76,7%), umpan balik yang baik sebanyak 23 orang (86,7%), kondisi kerja baik terdapat 23 orang (76,7%), motivasi baik sebanyak 3 orang dan tenaga kefarmasian yang kinerja baik sebanyak 27 orang (90,0%). Persepsi Kompensasi dan Motivasi tidak berhubungan dengan kinerja tenaga kefarmasian di RSU Haji Medan. Namun, ada hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara umpan balik dan kondisi kerja dengan kinerja staf farmasi di RSU Haji Medan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Tenaga Kefarmasian, Rumah Sakit.
