Abstract

The workforce in Indonesia is one of the drivers of economic life and is an abundant resource. The development of industrial relations is expected to create work peace. Conducive work environment and harmonious working relationship. and fair. The purpose of the research raised in this paper is to determine the legal protection of workers in fostering industrial relations. The research method used is by applying normative or doctrinal legal research, with an analytical approach and comparative law study (comparative law) by emphasizing comparisons with legal provisions governing work agreements in several common law and civil law countries, as the basis for legal research methodology. The data collection tool comes from document studies on secondary data. A balanced position between labor and industrial relations is certainly directly proportional to the protection of workers. For this reason, regulations are needed that can accommodate the interests of interested parties.

Abstract

States losses can occur due to violations of law or negligence of state officials or civil servants. The high number of state losses will have a negative impact on the national economy, for this reason, efforts to recover from state losses are very necessary in saving the country's economy. State Losses Handled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) 2015-2020. Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) recorded the value of state losses due to corruption handled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) of Rp. 805 billion in 2020. This figure decreased by 87% from the previous year of Rp. 6.2 trillion. In Indonesia, the existence of state financial losses or the state's economy is an element of corruption offenses as regulated in Articles 2 and 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption (UU Tipikor). In accordance with Article 10 of Law Number 15 of 2006 concerning the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK Law) it is stated that the one who assesses or determines the existence of state losses is the State Audit Board (BPK). The purpose of this research is to find the right steps in mandating the government to maintain the balance of state finances as an effort to realize a transparent and responsible gove rnment system. This research uses descriptive analytical research methods, The approach used is normative and legal. The approach used in this study is the legal approach.

Abstract

The family is the littlest unit of society comprising of the head of the family and a few individuals who are assembled and live in one put beneath a roof in a state of interdependency. Problem formulation how the influence of Domestic Violence (KDRT) on the level of harmony in the family. In married life, both for husband and wife, children and family members, as well as the community to get a sense of security, and be free from all forms of violence that are harmful to themselves and to others, and which can cause trauma or fear for those who others because of treatment by means of violence, which is not in accordance with the philosophy of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence.The purpose of this research is to find outthe effect of Domestic Violence (KDRT) on harmony in the family and ways to anticipate the occurrence of domestic violence (Domestic Violence).This research uses descriptive analytical research method, the approach used is normative juridical. The approach method used in this research is the statutory approach.

Abstract

Domestic violence often occurs in human life. The forms of violence experienced by victims vary, both in the economic, social and educational fields.The formulation of the problem is how to protect children as victims of law (domestic violence). Victims who experience domestic violence are generally women and children. In this case, the government provides health facilities and efforts for children who have experienced violence in order to relieve the trauma experienced. This can be too contained in Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection which has stipulated criminal sanctions, within the form of detainment or with. Which is for the good thing about the child. Legitimate security for children as casualties of residential viciousness is the assurance given, counting: providing legal help; privacy of the victim's personality; capture the culprit with preparatory prove; giving other help within the shape of wellbeing administrations; recovery endeavors. The reason of this investigate is to discover outlegal assurance for children as casualties (Household Savagery (KDRT) and lawful cures against children as victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT).This research uses descriptive analytical research method, the approach used is normative juridical.
