Abstract

The aims of this research was to investigate of fundamental factor and accounting profit could be considered as drivers of stock price. This research used method of purposive sampling. The population in this research was 17bcompanies and the samples in this research were 7 financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. While the analysis instrument in this research was multiple linear regression. The simultaneous regression testing (F-test) indicated that the variable of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV) and accounting profit (LAK) had significant influence to the stock price. In the partial regression testing (t-test), the variable of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Book Value (BV) and accounting profit (LAK) had siginificant influence to the stock price. Meanwhile, the Earning PerShare (EPS) variable did not have siginificant influence to the stock price. The result of this research showed that stock price was influenced by the interaction between fundamental factor and accounting profit from investment.Keywords: Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), accounting profit, stock price

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of internal control, Obedience of accounting rules to financial accountability through fraud prevention as intervening variable at Hajj Umroh Travel in Jambi Municipality. The type of this research is descriptive which is a survey on Hajj and Umroh Travel in Jambi Municipality. Data collection with literature study and field study. The time period used is cross sectional conducted in April - May 2018. The number of respondents is 37 hajj and umroh travel in Jambi Municipality. Data analysis for hypothesis testing using inferential statistic was measured using Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

The aims of this study are to analysis the influence of knowledge management on employee retention and the effect of both on employee performance. The sample in this study is 173 employees who work in finance companies in Jambi City, the data used are primary data derived from questionnaires, processed and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge management on employee retention and there is a positive effect of both on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of E-WOM (electronic word of mouth) and financial literacy on the purchasing decisions of digital banking products with a case study on state-owned banks in Indonesia during the period 2022-2024. As many as 100 respondents who are users of digital banking products from state-owned banks (BUMN) were sampled in this study. The method used is multiple regression analysis to test the relationship between independent variables (E-WOM and financial literacy) and the dependent variable (purchase decision). The research results show that both variables, namely E-WOM and financial literacy, have a significant positive influence on the purchase decisions of digital banking products. Moreover, E-WOM and financial literacy mutually reinforce each other in influencing consumer purchase decisions. This research provides practical implications for state-owned banks to leverage positive consumer reviews and enhance customers' financial literacy as a strategy to increase the adoption of digital banking products. These findings also contribute to the understanding of the factors influencing purchasing decisions in the context of digital banking in Indonesia.
