Abstract

Most Indonesians bringing food or drink has become a habit. Bringing provisions is currently positive for the development of household appliance manufacturers made of plastic, this is because its practical use, not easily broken, its attractive design and color make the reason why plastic products are loved by the community, one of which is Moorlife products from year to year experiencing a significant increase in sales. This research aims to find out partially and simultaneously the influence of promotion, warranty, and product quality on moorlife product purchase decisions in Jambi City. The method used is quantitative method. The data used is primary data obtained from in-person interviews and using questionnaires. The results showed that the Promotion, Warranty and Quality of Products had a positive and significant effect on the decision of consumers to buy Moorlife Products in jambi City. And overall Promotion, Warranty and Product Quality contributed 46.4% to Moorlife Products in Jambi City.

Abstract

Membangun kepuasan pelanggan tidak dapat begitu saja diraih, tetapi memerlukan proses panjang, salah satunya melalui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen guna menyakinkan konsumen untuk setia pada produk atau jasa yang kita tawarkan. Perkembangan dan peningkatan jasa pelayanan perusahaan dari tahun ke tahun semakin menjadi perhatian masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketatnya persaingan dalam mencapai kualitas pelayanan yang optimal, orientasi dunia pemasaran (marketing) telah mengalami perubahan dari produk oriented kepada customer satisfied oriented. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rumah Makan Zam-Zam Sipin Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tanggap, jaminan ,empati dan bukti fisik yang di uji seluruh variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul tentang “Pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pengguna smartphone samsung”. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1)Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pengguna smartphone samsung. (2)Untuk mengetahui variabel mana dari experiential marketing yang paling berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna smartphone samsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1)Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara serempak menunnjukkan bahwa variabel experiential marketing yang terdiri dari : sense, feel, think, act, dan relate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pengguna smartphone samsung. (2)Hasil pengujiaan hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel sense, think, act, dan relate berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna smartphone samsung sedangkan variabel feel tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna smartphone samsung.

Abstract

Batik is a national cultural asset that has been inherited from generation to generation to every generation until now. Batik represents one of the creative handicraft industries in Indonesia which is rooted in culture and is able to provide employment and entrepreneurship in Indonesia, one of which is the Jambi area. Like other products, in order to be able to compete in the Jambi batik product market, it is necessary to understand the market's needs. Therefore, the authors took the title "The Effect of Product Innovation and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions in Batik Jambi Ariny in the Kelurahan Pasir Panjang Jambi, Kota Seberang".The method used is a survey method. The data used are primary data obtained from direct interviews using a questionnaire. Data obtained through multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application.The results showed that product innovation and service quality had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. On Batik Jambi Ariniy. Meanwhile, innovation and service quality simultaneously contributed 42.3% to the purchasing decision at Batik Jambi Ariny.

Abstract

Social media provides information and communicates profiles, history, tourism, culinary, and various advantages of tourist destinations in our area. Along with developments, each region uses social media to introduce the area to the wider community. By paying attention to this need, we can find out the needs of the community for managing tourist accommodations to do a good image. Based on data on tourist attraction objects in Jambi City, the category of artificial tourism in 2019 in Jambi City is 62.25% , providing information that the existence of artificial tourism in Jambi City, which is located in Seberang City, can be enjoyed by tourists who want to know the development of Islamic history in Jambi City. Jambi Province and the history of the construction of the Gentala Throne Museum. It also has a pedestrian bridge which tourists can enjoy.

Abstract

Bottled Drinking Water Industry (AMDK). This is what causes a high level of competition between fellow AMDK industries. In addition to the high level of competition between companies in the AMDK industry, the emergence of refill drinking water depots is certainly a problem for companies, because it will be a big threat to the AMDK market . With the variety of AMDK products that crowd Jambi City , there are more diverse choices of AMDK products that are in demand by the public which will influence purchasing decisions in society both the price and the quality of the product. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of both factors , namely product quality and price on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative research method. The type and source of data that primary data and secondary data use. Data collection using the method of questionnaires and documentation. Thecollected ata were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that simultaneously Product Quality and Price have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions While partially Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and Price has an effect significant to purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is first to determine the effect of brand image on iPhone purchasing decisions. The second is to determine the effect of lifestyle on iPhone purchasing decisions. The third is to determine the effect of brand image and lifestyle on iPhone purchasing decisions. The first data analysis method used was the instrument test. Both are multiple linear regressions. The third uses hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that brand image and lifestyle influence iPhone purchasing decisions. Both brand image and lifestyle affect iPhone buying decisions. The three brand images and lifestyles simultaneously have a significant effect on iPhone purchasing decisions in Jambi City.
