Abstract

This research is to know the influence of internal variables of banking (amount of credit and operational expense than operating income (BOPO)) on the performance of conventional banks. The population in this research is the whole of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia year of 2010-2017. The sampel  is the conventional commercial banks by as much as 14 banks, with time series data. The method used is the analysis of partial least square (PLS). The results showed that internal variables of banking (amount of credit, BOPO) negative and no significant effect on performance of conventional banks (CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR) and amount of credit credit is an indicator of a dominant influence variation/change from a conventional banks performance factors (CAR, NPL, ROA and LDR).

Abstract

This research aims to look at the influence of capital structure, ownership structure, technical factors on profitability with total income as a moderation variable in the plantation sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 – 2018. This research, using secondary data, is data obtained from official reports issued by issuers, institutions and competent authorities. This study used Smart PLS 3.0 where all latent variables in this study had reflective indicators. The results showed that 1). capital structure has no effect on profitability, and has a negative (debilitating) direction. 2). The ownership structure has no effect on profitability, but has a positive direction (strengthening). 3). Technical factors have no effect on profitability, but have a positive direction (strengthening) 4). Moderation variables i.e. total income are not able to moderate the relationship between capital structure variables to profitability variables, with positive direction (strengthening). 5). Total revenue variables are unable to moderate the relationship between ownership structure variables to profitability variables in a positive (corroborating) direction. 6). Total revenue variables are unable to moderate the relationship between technical factor variables to profitability variables in a positive (strengthening) direction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio dan Firm Size terhadap Price To Book Value melalui Return On Equity pada Indeks LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ 45 pada periode 2015-2019, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana ada dua puluh satu perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity. 2) Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity. 3) Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. 4) Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. 5) Return on Equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. 6) Debt to Equity Ratio melalui Return On Equity secara tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value, sedangkan Firm Size melalui Return On Equity secara tidak langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value.

Abstract

This purpose of the research is to know and analyze net profit as mediator of effect to total assets and total liabilities on price to book value at pharmaceutical sub-sector companies in the Indonesia stock exchange. That research is using data of secondary from annual financial statements. The purposive sampling method used with four companies that are sampled at pharmaceutical sub-sector companies in the Indonesia stock exchange period 2015-2019. Data analysis in this research uses path analysis with SPSS software. The resulting research informs : 1) total assets and total liabilities simultaneously have significant effect on net profit, 2) total asset has positive and significant effect on net profit, 3) total liabilities has negative and significant effect on net profit, 4) total assets and total liabilities simultaneously have significant effect on price to book value, 5) total assets has positive and significant effect on price to book value, 6) total liabilities has positive and insignificant effect on price to book value, 7) net profit has positive and insignificant effect on price to book value and 8) indirectly total asset and total liabilities through net profit have insignificant effect on price to book value.
