Abstract

The purposes of the research are, (1) describe the form of code-switching in diniyah program PPNUPI, (2) describe the cause of code-switching in diniyah program PPNUPI, (3) describe the form of code mixing in diniyah program PPNUPI, and (4) describe the cause of code mixing in diniyah program PPNUPI. The research is qualitative descriptive research. The data used are the sentence /ustaz’s dialogue/ ustazah and the students that obtain of code switching and code mixing in diniyah program. The source of data is from a language using the mathodes of collecting data are simak bebas libat cakap method, recording method and noting method. The analysis method used is padan translational method, and pragmatic with pilah unsur penentu technique and agih methot with bagi unsur langsung technique . the method the result of the research are 1) The from of code-switching in diniyah program PPNUPI insteads of, (a) code-switching from Indonesia to Javanese, (b) code swiching from Javanese to Indonesia, (c) code-switching from Indonesia of Arabic, (d) code-switching from Arabic to Indonesia, (e) code-switching from Arabic to Javanese, (f) code-switching from Indonesia to English. 2)The couse of code-switching in diniyah program PPNUPI instead of (a) the narrator, (b) the narrated, (c) the third person, and (d) the topic charging. (3) The from of code mixing in diniyah program PPNUPI is divided into to forms, a) inner-code-mixing instead of (i) word infixation, (ii) phrase infixation, (iii) phrase infixation. (4) The cause of code mixing in diniyah program PPNUPI instead of (a) the special characteristic of the region, (b) the fidelity of praying, and (c) the intellectualism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the form of mural language (2) describe the meaning of mural language and (3) the function of mural language in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This is motivated by the phenomenal variety of mural languages. Variations in mural languages are usually tangible registers from each particular field. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research where very little or no calculations are used in it. The data in this study are the writings of murals and the context in the form of images in mural arts. The method of collecting data in this study is observation and documentation. The instrument of data research here is the researcher himself. While the data analysis process here uses the pragmatic method. From the description above, the results of mural language research in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are as follows; (1) Murals have variations in forms such as word forms, clauses, sentences, discourses, and even murals with dialogue forms. (2) Murals have meanings related to the social, cultural or cultural side, and politics. (3) Murals also have several functions, including conative functions that aim to give a suggestion to the reader or the partner. Fatigue function that wants to convey an emotional closeness to something. Referential functions that have the information side to the reader or partner. Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) Describe variations of word usage in the program This Talk Show on NET TV. (2) Describe the meaning of using words in the program This Talk Show on NET TV. (3) Describe the word usage function in the program This Talk Show on NET TV. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data in this study are in the form of sentences containing variations in the use of words in the program Talk Show on NET TV. This data is sourced from the use of language in the program This Talk Show on NET TV. The method of data collection in this study uses the method of listening with the ability to engage in competent free and recorded techniques. Data analysis methods used in this study are the matching method and the method of sharing. The equivalent method is translational and pragmatic equivalent. The method of presenting the results of data analysis uses the informal presentation method. The results of this study are (1) Variations in the use of words in the program Talk Show on NET TV include (a) phonological variations, (b) morphological variations, (c) variations seen from the origin of language. (2) meaning of word usage in this program Talk Show on NET TV includes (a) connotative meaning, (b) denotative meaning, (c) idiomatic meaning. (3) the word usage function in this Talk Show program on NET TV includes (a) the fatigue function, (b) the referential function, and (c) the emotive function.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows. (1) Describe the form of language registers used in the Wu'at Wa'i program. (2) Describe the meaning of register contained in the traditional Wu'at Wa'i program. (3) Describe the register function contained in the traditional Wu'at Wa'i program. This type of research is a qualitative description. The data of this research are in the form of words and sentences in the Manggarai language which contain registers used in the Wu'at Wa'i program. The research source is the use of the manggarai language in the Wu'at Wa'i program. The data collection was carried out by observing method by using advanced in the form of free listening proficient listening technique, recording technique, and note-taking technique. The data obtained were then analyzed using the matching and split method than using the translational matching technique and the alternate method technique in the form of a technique for direct elements. The method of presenting the results of data analysis in this study is presented informally because it is descriptive. The results of this study are as follows. 1) the form of language registers used in the Wu'at Wa'i program: a) register in the form of words in the Wu'at Wa'i program: (1) register in the form of a single word in the Wu'at Wa'i program. (2) register in the form of a complex word in the Wu'at Wa'i: (a) register in the form of an affixed word. (b) a register in the form of a rephrase. (c) register in the form of compound words. 2) Meaning of Register in Traditional Wu'at Wa'i Events: a) Meaning of lexical and grammatical meanings. b) the meaning of the class. c) denotative meaning and connotative meaning. 3) The register function contained in the traditional Wu'at Wa'i program: a) instrumental function. b) social interaction function. c) poetic function.
