Abstract

ABSTRAK.  Posbindu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) merupakan bentuk peran serta masyarakat dalam upaya pengendalian faktor risiko secara mandiri dan berkesinambungan. Pengembangan Posbindu PTM dapat dipadukan dengan upaya yang telah terselenggara di masyarakat. Melalui Posbindu PTM, pencegahan faktor risiko PTM dapat ditingkatkan sehingga kejadian PTM di masyarakat dapat ditekan. Kelurahan Sukorejo memiliki Puskesmas Sekaran sebagai Pembina kegiatan kesehatan di masyarakat.  RW 12 Kelurahan Sukorejo baru saja membentuk Posbindu pada Bulan Maret 2021. Kader yang terkumpul sebanyak 14 orang dari tujuh RT. Posbindu ini masih membutuhkan banyak dukungan sumber daya dalam menggerakkan organisasi dan program kesehatan. Kader yang terbentuk belum dilatih dan belum bersertifikat. Sarana posbindu kit juga belum tersedia dan masih meminjam dari sarana posyandu remaja. Pembukuan data kegiatan juga belum terorganisir dengan baik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berkontribusi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya pada program kesehatan usia produktif, sehingga penyakit-penyakit degeneratif dapat dicegah, pola hidup keluarga lebih sehat, dan derajat kesehatan masyarakat lebih meningkat. Luaran PkM ini adalah terbentuknya Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Posbindu Sekar Wangi RW 12 Kelurahan Sukorejo Semarang dengan sistem pencatatan yang memadai.   Kata kunci : Posbindu, Keluarga Sehat, Pencatatan dan Pelaporan   ABSTRACT. Posbindu Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) is a form of community participation in efforts to control risk factors independently and continuously. PTM Posbindu development can be combined with efforts that have been held in the community. Through Posbindu PTM, prevention of PTM risk factors can be increased so that the incidence of PTM in the community can be reduced. Kelurahan Sukorejo has a Sekaran Health Center as the supervisor of health activities in the community. RW 12 Sukorejo Village has just formed Posbindu in March 2021. The cadres collected were 14 people from seven RTs. This Posbindu still needs a lot of resource support in driving health organizations and programs. The formed cadres have not been trained and have not been certified. Posbindu kit facilities are also not yet available and they are still borrowing from youth posyandu facilities. Bookkeeping of activity data is also not well organized. This community service contributes to community empowerment, especially in the productive age health program, so that degenerative diseases can be prevented, family life patterns are healthier, and the community's health status is improved. The output of this PkM is the establishment of Recording and Reporting for Posbindu Sekar Wangi RW 12, Kelurahan Sukorejo Semarang with an adequate recording system. Abstract

Abstract BPJS claim is the submission of costs for the treatment of BPJS participants by the hospital to BPJS Health collectively and billed every month. A common cause of rejection or delay of claims is due to coding and billing errors. This error can cause BPJS to withhold reimbursement of health care costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the trend of pending claims for Outpatient BPJS at Panti Wilasa Hospital, dr. Cipto Semarang in Semester II of 2019. This research is a descriptive study with a retrospective study approach. The research subjects were two medical record officers and the object of research was data pending claims in the second semester of 2019. The results showed that the number of pending claims for outpatient BPJS Health in the second semester of 2019 was 11,409 with details of 4,784 (41.9%) being administrative cases, 2,092 (18.3%) were cases of diagnosis/action codes and 4,533 (39.7%) were medical cases. The trend graph for pending claims shows a trend that fluctuates every month. Hospitals should always make a trend of pending claims for consideration in making decisions related to BPJS claims. Keywords: claim, pending, trend, outpatient Abstrak Klaim BPJS adalah pengajuan biaya perawatan pasien peserta BPJS oleh pihak rumah sakit kepada BPJS Kesehatan secara kolektif dan ditagihkan setiap bulannya. Penyebab umum ditolak atau ditundanya klaim yaitu karena adanya kesalahan koding dan billing. Kesalahan yang terjadi ini dapat menyebabkan BPJS menahan penggantian biaya pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui trend pending claim BPJS Rawat Jalan di RS Panti Wilasa dr. Cipto Semarang pada Semester II Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospective study. Subjek penelitian dua petugas rekam medis dan objek penelitian adalah data pending klaim semester II tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pending claim BPJS Kesehatan Rawat Jalan pada semester II tahun 2019 sebanyak 11.409 dengan rincian 4.784 (41,9%) adalah kasus administrasi, 2.092 (18,3%) adalah kasus kode diagnosis/ tindakan dan 4.533 (39,7%) adalah kasus medis. Grafik trend pending klaim menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan yang fluktuatif setiap bulannya. Sebaiknya rumah sakit selalu membuat trend pending klaim untuk bahan pertimbangan pembuatan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan klaim BPJS. Kata kunci: claim, pending, trend, rawat jalan.

Abstract

The current development of information technology has made it possible to develop a way of storing and managing data electronically, increasingly better technology and information has had a positive impact on the pattern of development and progress in the field of file storage or file archives. Electronic medical records (EMR) are a solution for managing documents using computer-based or electronic systems in the health sector. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, namely research carried out to analyze data by describing or illustrating the data that has been collected as it is. The data sources obtained come from primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews and secondary data from journals, articles, periodicals and so on. In the DOQ – IT method there are 4 aspects of assessment, namely Human Resources, Organizational work culture, leadership governance and IT infrastructure. The research results were assessed from these four aspects. Wiradesa Community Health Center received a score of 93.36 out of 100. This shows that Wiradesa Health Center is ready to implement electronic medical records with a score for each aspect, namely human resources, which received a score of 22.74 out of a maximum score of 25.00. The organization's work culture received a score of 23.44 out of a maximum score of 25.00. Leadership governance received a score of 28.16 out of a maximum score of 30.00. IT Infrastructure scored 19.02 out of a maximum score of 20.00.

Abstract

Providing medical information must follow applicable procedures. Medical information can be provided if the patient signs and authorizes a third party to obtain medical information about him. The aim of this research is to determine the procedure for releasing medical record information to third parties at RSU Budi Rahayu Pekalongan. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research using observation and interview methods and the data source uses primary data, namely power that is directly given to the data collector. The results of the research show that the procedure for releasing medical record information to third parties at RSU Budi Rahayu is based on the existence of 5 SOPs for releasing medical record information with the procedure for the applicant to come with a power of attorney signed by the patient and the patient's identity requirements, and if the request is from the police it must be with a police letter. directly or from the director's letter. Data creation for the release of medical record documents takes 2-3 days. In the data creation process, sometimes there are inhibiting factors when the doctor responsible for the patient is not in the room and the files needed to release the information are sometimes not found. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the release of medical record information to third parties at RSU Budi Rahayu is in accordance with theory even though there are still missing requirements and obstacles related to doctors not being in place and files for data release not being found.
