Abstract

The development of computerized technology requires many parties to compete in using a computerized system to improve the performance and effectiveness of a company or agency. Likewise with the Harmonis Bookstore (TB) which so far is still using the manual method in its sales system. This can affect performance and company profits. Overcoming this matter, TB Harmonis created a desktop-based computerized sales information system so that it can improve company performance to be fast, accurate and can do data processing on a large scale which can affect profit and can compete with other similar companies. The system development method in this study uses Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) method. FAST is a combination of several systems development methods consisting of 7 phase of development. Modeling the system using UML consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. The results of this study are book sales information systems which can improve the performance, effectiveness and efficiency of Harmonis TB Palembang.

Abstract

RSUD Siti Fatimah memiliki sistem informasi berbasis teknologi informasi yang cukup lengkap diantaranya sistem informasi rawat jalan yang saat ini sudah dikembangkan menjadi sistem informasi yang lebih luas dan terintegrasi, sehingga perlu adanya kegiatan pelatihan kepada pihak terkait di RSUD Siti Fatimah tentang penggunaan sistem informasi rawat jalan yang telah dikembangkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan bagi staff, karyawan, perawat dan dokter di lingkungan RSUD Siti Fatimah tentang penggunaan Sistem Informasi Rawat Jalan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan bagi peserta dalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Siti Fatimah.

Abstract

Smartphone is a tool to communicate and a tool to access the internet that makes it easier for users to find information. At this time, smartphones are very loved by the community, even for most people, smartphones are made as basic needs. With a fairly large interest in smartphones, the sales figures for smartphones themselves are certainly very high. In this case, the researcher will conduct a study to determine the interest in smartphone brands for the last three years, taking place at Tio Cell and Tio Cell 2, located in Lubuk Linggau City. This study uses the K-Means Clustering method, in which K-Means Clustering is a method for finding and grouping data that have similar characteristics (similarity) between one data and another. Sales data from both outlets will be processed using the calculation methods and formulas in K-Means Clustering, then it will produce the most desirable and uninterested smartphone types, which will be divided into several groups (clusters) so that the results are more valid. Sales will also be processed using RapidMiner Studio software. The results of this study are expected to be used as an example of the utilization of sales data in Tio Cell and Tio Cell 2. Abstract

Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) is one of the institutions in Musi Banyuasin Regency that provides public services as a form of service to the public, especially the people of Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. There are various types of public services provided by the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, such as requests for clearance letters, requests for character certificates, requests for speakers, and the KPK clinic service. Based on the conducted research, the Public Service Application (APU) of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) can be successfully developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. This indicates that the appropriate technology selection can support the development of a reliable and efficient application. The development of APU ITDA Muba using the Scrum method has brought benefits in increasing the involvement of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin as a client. Active involvement of the client is crucial in the process of application design and development to ensure that their needs and expectations are met. By hosting the application on the internet, APU ITDA Muba can be accessed by the public without time and location constraints. People can submit service requests anytime and anywhere, providing greater convenience and accessibility. Therefore, if the Public Service Application (APU) of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) continues to be developed to improve its quality, improvements in functionality and security should be considered. Thus, the application can become better in terms of usability and provide a higher level of security. Further development efforts will contribute to more effective and efficient public services

Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan bagian dari SIM-RS yang berisi catatan atau rekam medis pasien yang dibuat menggunakan sistem komputerisasi serta diperuntukkan bagi penyelenggaraan Rekam Medis di setiap fasilitas layanan kesehatan. RSUD Siti Fatimah merupakan Rumah Sakit milik Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, resmi berdiri pada tahun 2018. Sistem Infomasi RME di RSUD Siti Fatimah saat ini sudah dikembangkan menjadi sistem informasi yang lebih luas dan terintegrasi dengan berbagai aplikasi pendukung, sehingga perlu adanya kegiatan pelatihan baik teori maupun praktik untuk pihak-pihak terkait yang menggunakan sistem ini. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pengetahuan SDM RS tentang penggunaan RME, agar dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme dan pelayanan RS kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dalam bentuk ceramah, praktik dan tanya jawab dengan menggunakan lima tahapan dari metode Action Research yaitu, diagnosa, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi kegiatan dan pembelajaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini berdampak positif bagi peserta kegiatan yang dapat dilihat dari antusiasme peserta serta hasil wawancara dan tanya jawab dengan hasil 90% peserta pelatihan dapat memahami dan mampu menggunakan sistem informasi RME, baik secara teori maupun praktik.

Abstract

Myocardial Infarction (MI) is a leading cause of global mortality, necessitating efficient diagnostic methods. This study develops a simplified one-dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (1D-CNN) model for classifying MI using 12-lead ECG signals from the PTB-XL dataset. The research focuses on reducing computational complexity by limiting convolutional layers while maintaining high accuracy. The proposed model processes ECG signals of varying lengths (600–1000 samples), identifying 700 samples as optimal, achieving an average accuracy of 96.18%, sensitivity of 82.84%, specificity of 97.63%, precision of 84.13%, and an F1-score of 82.68%. Leads V5 and V6 demonstrate superior performance in detecting MI, while other leads, such as I and AVL, require further optimization. By combining precise signal segmentation and an efficient CNN architecture, this model minimizes computational load without compromising performance, making it a strong candidate for real-time clinical applications. The findings highlight the importance of signal length optimization and simplified architecture in enhancing early MI detection.
